Great experience! Hassle free with no barriers. I spotted the car I fancied on their website, phoned reception and was promptly handed over the Brian. Brian took my details and sent me over an in-depth video of the car within about 15 minutes - detailing every aspect of the car. I then phoned Brian back to progress with purchase. He done everything over the telephone, followed it up in email and then checked in with me before the handover day. On handover day, I was welcomed into the showroom and had all the paperwork signed within 10/15 minutes. Brian then showed me round my car and introduced me to Lewis. Lewis done a great job of explaining the ins and outs of operating the car. Shortly after buying the car, I was phoned with a follow up to make sure everything was OK.

I was in the market for a CPO 2023 Audi A5 Prestige since Q4 2023. It's almost been 20 years since I've purchased my last car, so I wanted to make sure I took my time finding something I loved at the right price. I'm located in LA, and my experience with the dealerships here was not the greatest (to say the least), so I was relieved to come across the exact car at Royal Auto Group in SF! From my first inquiry, Alastair was exceptional (an understatement). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient - even after I drove off alarmed/confused over some of the Driver Assist signs on the dash (again, my last car was a 2006. ...Technology. LOL). He was always quick to communicate, and took the time to answer all of my questions with great detail - even sending him pictures to compare other cars in my area. I truly did not want to have to drive a car back to LA, but my experience with Royal Auto Group and Alastair was absolutely worth it. All the ins and outs that go into researching, test driving, dealing with the weird passive aggressive sales tactics feel like absolute hell (small part of why I've avoided this process for so long), but I honestly felt zero pressure during my experience with Alastair. The entire process felt relaxed, friendly, and to the point. I definitely won't wait another 20 years for my next go-round, but when the time comes - fingers crossed for another experience like this one! 11/10 RECOMMEND!
The last Google review I left was about a transaction with an £175k Lamborghini, which was not good. This buying experience, however, for a Transit van through Joe, has restored my faith in salespeople & businesses - that they can provide a professional, proactive, & enjoyable experience. 5 stars, keep up the great work guys!
Very professional place but it might be overcrowded with cars so heads up. You can be here up to three hours, they have a shuttle to take you around if you need it but overall the place to wait is quite comfy with a lot of options for eat desserts or small Appetizers, they took my car despite I was a little bit late so they are flexible about it which is nice. But be patient about the waiting time

First car I test drove was musty which wasn’t a big deal until it literally broke down due to the engine over heating. Should’ve been the first sign to take my business elsewhere but I was foolish enough to return to the dealer where I made another foolish decision to finance a car. I was given a 26% APR and basically let them screw me over with a deal that would end with me paying more than double for a used car that was already being priced for more than it was worth. They also advertise $1500 any car with any credit but push you to give them atleast $2000 for a down payment as well as a $500 payment after two weeks of having a car which is part of the down payment and had no affect on the actual loan. After having the car for around three days, the check engine light came on and I noticed performance issues. After returning to the dealer and talking to Jasmin (the woman who convinced me to buy the car) and attempting to return the car in exchange for at least some of my down payment back, she refused and said it would be a repossession. I offered to show her everything wrong with the car and she said, and I quote, “I won’t be able to, I’m a woman and we don’t know anything about cars”. They were extremely unprofessional when it came to handling my situation as well as with the communication over text messages, using unnecessary abbreviations and attitude and no proper grammar. For the sake of your credit and your pockets, PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I would not be writing this very long review if it was not the truth.

They did refund me for the labor of putting on the logos and repaired the damage and guarantee the work for the life of the vehicle, looks great. I brought my new all black 2023 Ford Explorer ST Line into Pacifico to have my routine oil change and to patch a nail in my tire (turns out it was in the side wall so I needed a new one). The service folks did a great job, the front office is not the best at communication but overall it was a decent experience Where it all went wrong … I also asked the front office if they could have the body shop put all black Ford logos on my Explorer I had bought online (top quality logos). When I bought my car I originally wanted these but unfortunately Ford does not have this as an option for the model I have. The sales manager told me if I got the logos online the body shop could put them on easily and they had even done it for one of his own vehicles… Fast forward to pick up at 5:45 .. I rush over and my Explorer isn’t in the service lot so one of the sales guys has to drive it around as everyone from the shop was already gone for the day .. As someone who LOVES their new car and keeps it in top shape I immediately go and check out my new logos (again, my vehicle is all black, black rims, pirelli scorpion tries .. this car is NICE).. To my surprise my back Ford logo on the trunk is completely loose, it looks like someone took a screwdriver to the original Ford logo to get it off and in the process scratched, took off paint, and put a GAINT dent trying to get leverage to get the original logo off.. The fact that they allowed this to come out of the body shop without saying anything or noticing is a JOKE and EMBARRASSING. If I compared what they did to a surgery, the doctor would have been sued for malpractice.. I had to tell the service manager who was on site and I still have no idea what the resolution will be .. they will at least need to replace the rear/trunk assembly. Everyone knows that once you replace an assembly or fix something like this it never looks right (I.e paint doesn’t match perfect, things never align perfectly, they try fill it to only have it crack in a few years).. I will be keeping this google review up as I learn more about the resolution.. at this point my car has under 7000 miles and they should just consider replacing it since they maimed it so badly.. I also hope they also refund me for the ~300 dollars they changed me in labor to put them on. I bought the vehicle from Pacifco and this is my second service on my new car and I am extremely disappointed.

Was looking for a new car and decided on either a Golf R or an Audi S3. Approached Sytner Leeds Audi about an S3 advertised on the website which unfortunately had already sold. However, was offered a similar S3 within my budget. Arranged a viewing and test drive and really liked the car. Saleswoman was friendly and knowledgeable. Reserved the car and collected a week later. Handover was smooth and efficient. The only minor problem was with the service history interval in the car not been set correctly and this took a number of e-mails and a visit planned to my local Audi dealer (Nottingham) to get it altered. Great car, good dealership.

Today was an incredible day for us. Lewis Paton our Sales manager went way beyond what it means to offer customer service & incredible customer service at that. We bought a car for our mums 70th birthday (she is in Aberdeen) at the onset we had no plan how this would all work out. But thanks to Lewis he arranged everything. The car was fixed to our standard with a few minor repairs being done prior to delivery, collection, the car is stunning. Lewis actually arranged to drive the new car to our mums house in ABERDEEN and surprised her with her new gift at her home! She could not believe this! What a guy, Lewis arranged everything for the sale with no issues, the repairs then the delivery! This is the best customer service package I’ve ever received. Thank you Lewis. Our mum is on cloud 9!
I went to Toyota of Dallas after being called by Carlos Rojas, I had been to 2 other dealers trying to get a 2024 tacoma and both had told me we were miles apart from a cash deal and nothing could be done. But Carlos made it happen, Carlos was always keeping great communication and when my order of an SR was delayed he worked with me to get me into a better model at what was still a more than fair price! After reading my first review I had to redo it. The delivery of my Ram was more than I expected. Bill Luke Chrysler will have you meet a representative from every department they have. And they will explain what they do and what they offer. And even john from delivery had download the Ram app so I can take advantage of all the features and enjoy the experience. Although John was a little persistent about me getting this setup before I left Bill Luke I found after John thoroughly explained the app and it's feature that he wasn't being persistent and would have been lost without his help. Thanks John from delivery . Bill and Diego my salesman's whom helped me and they both followed up with me after my purchase I can say I'm happy with my purchase until the bill becomes due.

I can not thank Masum Chowdhury and the team at Endeavour Volvo Cars North London in purchasing my Volvo XC40.
