Just purchased my first BMW at this dealership and had a great experience! I went to several dealerships last month, test drove way too many cars, and I can confidently say this experience was one of the best! Thank you to Nolan for making this a great experience! I was in contact with Nolan prior to arriving and he kept me updated despite my many questions. On arrival, he had printed info I had asked for and worked with me over quite a few hours to find exactly what I was looking for. He was patience and respectful throughout the entire process and did not push anything I was not interested in. At pickup, he made sure the car had a full tank and let me know his team would overnight the spare key. I had done quite a bit of research leading up to this purchase and the entire process was easier than I planned for. Thank you to Nolan and the team!
