The last Google review I left was about a transaction with an £175k Lamborghini, which was not good. This buying experience, however, for a Transit van through Joe, has restored my faith in salespeople & businesses - that they can provide a professional, proactive, & enjoyable experience. 5 stars, keep up the great work guys!

Ordered via mobility BYD Atto 3 The staff couldnt have been more helpful but with no expectations or pressure... Collected car 6 weeks later and it's even better than i imagined. As new to the UK market (Peoples Liverpool is only 1 of 4 in Uk) they created a brand new area, marketing team to get real feedback and top management were chatting and learning from my hubby all about this new ev and his recommendations for knowledge. All in all, the mobility part was ridiculously easy. Staff super helpful. Collection felt special as did we.

I have never dealt with a slower garage in my life, have you waiting 8 hours for your car with no options for courtesy car! Show room is lifeless with a vending machine that has been sold out the 3 times i have had to endure sitting waiting! No option for a drink not even water!!! Not to mention the small fact they have seemingly forgotten how to fix cars my car has been in three times for same fault! I starting to believe the phrase If you can't afford by a Ford! Shocking representation of the company!
