My wife and I came in to review our options at the end of our current pcp deal. We had the luxury of being seen to by Shane Simpson. Shane had a wonderful aura about him, he was extremely friendly and patient with us. Helped us come to quick decision on our new car and was super informed on all areas where we had questions. Shane has a great ability to make you feel like family and always has your best interest at heart, he also went above and beyond offering us additional deals in the package we weren’t expecting to receive, even after the sale he kept in contact all the way through and provided additional support when he didn’t even have to simply because he cares just that much! Great service all round from start to finish!

I received excellent service from the team at the Erdington branch. They kept me informed at all times and even sent me a video of the health check they carried out on the vehicle to keep me updated. I received excellent service from Chloe too and she was very friendly and kept me informed on each stage my car was in.
