Everything was fine, they showed me the available cars, the whole process was fine, until I started asking questions that an informed person would ask, for example. -What type of warranty did the car have? Although used cars do not have a warranty, there are alternatives that allow you to buy with greater security, there is a warranty that they offer that is apart from the car that is worth $1000 per year that allows you to have security in transmission, engine, and mechanical things, this warranty is added to the financing, when I asked for it to be added, the person named Nash seemed upset, and was not at all kind, when adding these details. -About the interest - My question was what would happen if I paid early, their response was that I could pay early and there would be no penalty, so I told them to please show me where in the contract it appears that there is no penalty for pay before, they did not want to show it and said it was obvious, when it is not. The person named Nash was even more upset because I wanted to know this detail. After this I left, I told them I would return, I thought about it a little and decided not to make the deal with them. There were two points that I think we would all like to know before purchasing a used car, both the warranty and payment times. And Nash's attitude just wasn't right, I'm sure Nash loves clients who just sign. The last thing I didn't like was that days later Miguel, the salesman, called me, wanting to manipulate the situation, telling me things like "We wasted our time showing you the cars", "Your word is worth more than any attitude on our part", to which I responded that Businesses don't work like that. You have no obligation to close a deal if you are not convinced, attitude says a lot about a business, and if you treat me like this since we started just for asking for a little information, I can't imagine what will happen when the car breaks down, or we have some other problem.

Owner is so disrespectful. Owner and his employees are so disrespectful, they don’t care other people timing.They explain you different things selling time and they change after. They are dirty people. They will deal best when you buy it. Later when u get problem with car and bring it back to them, they don’t pay attention. Specially who insists you to buy go beyond that time, that person will totally ignore you. They don’t sale good cars.They sale with defected material. Please don’t do this to people.
