Honestly, obviously getting your car and purchasing your vehicle is a smooth process here. (The sales people will obviously do anything to get you to purchase here) but the finance team member I worked with was extremely helpful and kind. Everyone else at this facility has rendered useless. I’ve been waiting on a part that they ordered wrong twice for almost a whole year now. My sales person Daniel always tells me he’s going to get back to me and never does whenever I call requesting updates. Today, I have been requesting more information on wanting to use the warranty and coverage that I pay for on my tires and no one has gotten back to me. I spoke to 2 different service members who both told me 2 different things and one even transferred me to a different dealership, which didn’t help at all. The female front desk person was rude in terms of assisting and sounded annoyed about the fact that I’m calling to get more information. I understand their finance team is busy but as front desk you should be helpful and have more people skills. Customer service is their job, Especially at a dealership. She then proceeded to ask with attitude who I need to speak to, I informed her it’s her job to help me determine that. All I wanted was to speak to someone with a little bit of knowledge on the situation and she could not assist at all. She then proceeded to talk about me and complain about me while still on the phone before she hung up.
