I sent an email and messages two or three times on your site also left a phone number to call and nobody ever got back to me. This was back in May or June and I tried again a few weeks later and still nobody ever tried to contact me. I started looking at other agencies that are willing to provide the service and will help someway somehow. I signed a contract with Detective Nixon and Tri State Detective Agency in November 2021 to hire them for PI services for a complicated court case I was part of. I paid $2500 upfront. To my knowledge, only one day of work was completed, as I only received pictures from the first day of the investigation. He was responsive when I texted him and very polite but he NEVER gave me my official report, regardless of my numerous written requests for it. He continued to tell me the investigation was still underway, several months after the job was supposed to be done. It is now August 2022, 8 months since I hired him. The report Tri State was legally obligated to provide me under the terms of their own contract is now obsolete and unusable and Detective Nixon stopped responding to my texts and calls after I requested a refund. Perhaps other people have had or will have better luck here. But in my experience, I would hire a more reputable investigator known for their professionalism and tangible results.
Did my due diligence and researched and got a few quotes from similar PI’s and services offered but it was a very easy decision once I spoke to Rick at Aragon Investigations. He was punctual, kind and so very quick & efficient. Great with communication and extremely competitive pricing. Others were over five times the price and not close to the quality of service. If you’re needing a PI you probably are in a delicate situation and you really should find someone who isn’t going to waste your time or money. Rick is your guy. A professional who gets the job done. I haven’t doubted his commitment to my situation once.

I should have listened to the negative reviews on Google before I contacted Denver, but I brushed them off because I thought the reviewers were difficult clients. However, they were spot on how Denver conducted his business. I came to Denver to help me find the name and address of the buyer who bought the car from me many years ago. I told Denver that I tried everything to get the name, but due to a restricted law, DMV will not release that information. I consulted with Denver for a long time on the phone and hoped that he could help me. Denver would smooth talk me into that he has been in this field of work for a long time and he has friends and connections to help me get that information. His voice sounded sincere and I thought he genuinely wanted to help people who were in my situation. Therefore, I immediately paid him a fee that he requested. A few weeks later, Denver left me several voicemails regarding information that I already knew or I didn’t need. He didn’t mention the buyer's name and address which was the critical information that I hired him for. I tried to call him back several times, but he completely ignored me. I learned a great lesson from this is that I can’t trust any private investigator, even the ones with licenses. If these guys ask to be paid 100% up front, you better re-negotiate with them and pay them 50% to start and 50% when the job is done. Otherwise, you will end up like me with vague information.
