I visited the store to see what options I had when my contract finishes in a few months with my old provider. I was seen by Ben who was clear and easy to understand with the options I could do with EE. I could see the store was busy while he helped me, and with customers interrupting him to ask how long it would be for them to be seen as there only seemed to be two people working that day. He was very patient with me and didn't rush me to make a decision while people were pressuring him to hurry up and help them, he made sure not to let them interrupt my experience. A credit to the EE company and will be asking for him whenever I visit the store again. Thanks Ben!
The in-store location is just off a roundabout, due to this and the severly busy traffic near by it is hard to find a parking space. The men running the shop show a fair amount of courtesy, they are direct and straight to the point and offer standard repair prices. Decent work, turn around times and prices for the area. The shop front itself is very pleasent, with both AC and heating, leading to an ideal temperature at all times. A very nice local phone shop. If I remember correctly they do not take card, only cash.
I bought 3 phone cases today Iphone XR, 8plus and A14 samsung The iphone 8 plus screen wasn’t even in it and the XR screen was replaced with a 6 And the A14 was the only one actually in it Didnt get a receipt so cant return but it really upset me

We were quoted by other Shops for the same phone a very high price we was recommended by a family member and 100% they were right. This shop is highly recommended

I was told to go to store to pick up my sim that had not come for 5 days and all I needed was my login password. Came to store and they ask for driving license or passport! Of course don’t have that, show them a photo of it, but not good enough. The manager there was incredibly unhelpful, stopped listening and walked away!! Went a bit mad with them I admit, but their service is completely shocking.

Both my partner and I signed up with Three a few weeks ago. We’re super happy with our plan, both the rate and the plan. This company is one of the VERY few cell providers that offer Pay-As-You-Go for both tourists and locals. The only weak point is that the training/competency of the staff is a Hit & Miss. We had an amazing rep (Kevin) sign me up and activate the service in 5 minutes flat. But when my husband went for his visit the rep was really uninformed about most everything, took nearly 30 minutes to to the identical procedure, and even forgot to charge him for the service. You can always ask for another sales tech if your experience isn’t going smoothly.
