Worst locksmith ever. Quoted $95 over the phone for a simple and traditional pick. (I understand I was going to pay more because i have a smart lock). 25 min later, the technician arrives in a non corporate vehicle with no identification. He steps out of his vehicle with a drill bag and no lock set to pick locks. Once the technician saw a smart lock deadbolt, I was proceeded to be told that the only thing they can do is drill it. I proceeded to show the rear door which has a traditional dead bolt and was told that he needs to drill it as well and that there was no way he could pick it. The locksmith proceeds to drill the lock and then demands payment over Venmo and refused credit card payment. I was told he could fill the empty void where the deadbolt was with a new deadbolt with an additional $45. Told him that was expensive given the $242 drill fee and his response was to leave the scene immediately. Real shady stuff going on here. Also, the fact that they only display 5 star reviews is questionable…

Contact Andrew and he got back to me with a quote for a safe repair. Reasonable estimate. However once I gave him my address in the Bronx never heard from him again. I guess he only wants to do the easy lock switch-outs in Manhattan. Don't advertise your service safe in the five boros if you are not willing to go outside of Manhattan.
