Eduardo is awesome! He was able to work his magic and get me into a beautiful 23 Taco same day. Despite me coming in late he was patient and very flexible with timing very polite and responsive when asked about the vehicle. Also as a side note i had a slight problem with the vehicles brakes a week after purchase and ZERO HESITATION he got me in as soon as possible to correct the issue. Overall I have had a great experience with him and his team. Highly recommended and will be coming back soon to get my wife into something. Thank you for the awesome experience and painless process!

I had a decent experience buying my first car here almost 15 years ago. I've taken it back here (and only here) for every oil change, belt replacement, clogged AC drain, etc. -- every service but tires. I appreciate being able to work with a service advisor to understand what maintenance is recommended, what the techs have found during the inspection process, and how the final cost (and timing!) is likely to work out. I feel like World Toyota consistently works for my business, just as they promised to 15 years ago.

I can 100 percent recommend Toyota Richmond! The customer care was exceptional ,Mandeep best sales man ,catered to my needs and budget and followed up to find out how I liked the car…over and beyond customer care.Please look for him at the dealership you wont regret it.
