Needed to thank a neighbor for helping in a kid emergency. Shopping from a local business fit the bill. York flowers delivered a lovely arrangement the next day. Particularly comforting was the photo of the arrangement sent to my email. So I am certain that they provided quality as good as, if not better, than the website selection. Would purchase from York flowers again.

Utter most care and efficiency.. I walked in and got these within 8 minutes. Professionally well put, and the flowers were all fresh. Nice customer service too. Their little card also has instructions on how to take care of the flowers which is a plus. Would highly recommend.

This establishment deserves zero stars. We ordered expensive flowers that never blossomed. We called the manager who said we needed to have called her within 24 hours. In her response below, She says if we called earlier this week, she would have done something, that is a blatant lie. She said we had 24 hours. Your flowers didn’t bloom in 24, 48 or 72 hours. We waited. They never opened up, not one single rose. We told her we were waiting a few days for the roses to open. She was dismissive, rude and arrogant. She refused to even see the picture of the roses so we decided to show her here. She even refused to offer a replacement arrangement. If I just wanted my money back, I wouldn’t asked for a refund. I didn’t, a simple apology and replacement would have been suffice. As a business owner myself, I wouldn’t have this manager be the face of my store. Her customer service skills are atrocious. I have ordered here before but can assure will never again. You shouldn’t either.

I am so happy to have found Tatum Flowers. I am from NJ and wanted to send my dear friend flowers after her surgery. The only thing I asked was to include a Bird of Paradise flower. I left the rest up to them and boy did they knock it out of the park!!! Thank you to the ladies of Tatum Flowers!! Even with the triple digit temps in AZ now, the flowers were fresh and gorgeous! 💐🌹

Wow! What a remarkable experience! My fiancé and I came in to the store tonight looking to purchase flowers and “test” out what a bridesmaid bouquet would look like and how many flowers / bunches we would need to purchase for our wedding. Immediately, upon walking in, Angelina and Cat were quick to help. They both offered advice and even sat with us and gave us some tips/tricks for when we create our own bouquets and floral needs in January. Would recommend to anyone needing event flowers, arrangements, classes, advice, or a bride like myself who is looking for affordable alternatives and creating them yourself. Loved our experience and will be shopping with them in the future.

Purchased flower arrangement/delivery from across the country and couldn’t believe the level of customer service that went in to this order. They called me right away to make sure they understood the delivery instructions correctly (which I appreciate 100%) and they fulfilled my order first thing the following morning. I was shocked that they sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered- that was amazing. It was gorgeous and well worth the $ spent. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement and also commented on how nicely it was put together. All around great experience, if I had more friends in Houston I’d use Breen’s all the time, haha. Very impressed! Thank you!

A belated review but wanted to say thank you for the beautiful spray you did for mum's funeral at end of August. Went in to discuss with Paula what I wanted and she fully delivered. I asked for a spray that looked like a garden as mum loved hers. Got exactly that with a great mix. I didn't take a photo of the spray itself but it was based on one that Dovedale do. Excellent service with the spray delivered to the undertakers and also some family flowers delivered to the house.

I needed to order 2 dozen yellow roses for Employee Appreciation. I placed the order after business hours for next day pickup on a Saturday. I then realized I'd accidentally only ordered the 1 dozen bouquet. So the next morning, I spoke with Ryan at Peachtree Petals and asked if I could add another dozen yellow roses to my pickup order without delaying the pickup. Ryan was honest and told me that the remaining yellow roses weren't perfect. He allowed me to add 1 dozen red roses instead and the gift turned out even better than planned. Thanks to Ryan, we received 24 perfect roses instead of 12 perfect roses and 12 not-so-perfect. A dozen for love, and a dozen for friendship, because this employee is a beloved friend to all. Thank you, Peachtree Petals, this was a great experience and the roses are absolutely gorgeous!!

I grew up in San Francisco and it's important to me to support local businesses. My mom still lives in SF, and she loves getting flowers. This was my first time using Fillmore Florist and I'll be back! Online ordering was seamless. The flower arrangement was exactly as pictured and stunning. They sent me a photo of it before it was delivered. They followed the delivery instructions and they delivered it on time. My mother called me so happy with how beautiful it is. A+ all around!

Ordered a wrapped bouquet for a graduation, and received this gorgeous, long stem arrangement. The shop has 2-3 tiers for their custom bouquets, and I told them the desired colors. They do recommend ordering early, but it sounded like they could also do a one-day turnaround, so there is some flexibility. Very happy with how the bouquet turned out--highly recommend!

I can't recommend The Flower House in Garforth enough! We got our wedding flowers from here and the service was amazing, they went out of their way to explain everything and made sure we were super happy with all our choices. Our flowers looked absolutely perfect on the day, the perfect mix of rustic and vibrant, and the team were absolutely lovely. The price was very reasonable for wedding flowers and we will definitely be back for more flowers in future!

We’ve been going to Blue Iris Florist since my mother’s passing back in 2014. They are very helpful, friendly and attentive, they never disappoint. My father recently passed away and we had all our flower arrangements done with Blue Iris and we couldn’t have been any happier. The arrangements were perfect and the flowers were so pretty. We attached their info to my father’s obituary so that anyone that wanted to send flower, could go through them. I wish I would have gotten a pic of all the arrangements, they were beautiful. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

This is my second year in a row ordering from Elizabeth's Flowers. My mother absolutely loved both boutiques. My mom sent pictures and the arrangements were both gorgeous. This year I chose Designer's Choice - Autumnal (pictured in this review). The delivery person contacted me and I was able to get confirmation that flowers were handed off directly to my mom. I used Ten Pennies for my mother’s 80th birthday party. I described that I wanted opulence! The girls were wonderful giving me suggestions of opulent choices that fit in my budget. They delivered directly to venue on a Sunday! The flowers were spectacular!!!

I stopped by on my walk today and was greeted by a lovely man named David, he was incredibly kind and welcoming! He gave me honest advice on after care and some great tips and tricks to make them last longer. The flower selection (and some plants) were great, and the prices even better-definitely returning in the near future for more!

Stopped by since I was in the area and been wanting some flowers at home. Love that they’re 24 hours and everyone is ready to help when you walk in. The place is huge with lots of flowers and plants at decent prices. I’ve never seen sunflowers in so many shades. Loved the blue, but bought 5 white ones. Wish the quality was better, but for $10 I’ll live. Definitely worth checking out if you need an arrangement, new plants or quick bouquet.

Matt from French Market Flowers made my day! I was in a pinch for an early special occasion bouquet and he was willing to accommodate my unique situation in such short notice. Not to mention the bouquet he created was absolutely stunning and unique. You can tell they really care about and value their customers through the quality of care & service they deliver. It makes a world of a difference shopping here compared to other stores that don’t offer that same personalized experience/ human touch. The inside of the store is also beautiful and they also offer a variety of small gifts available for purchase. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for my future floral needs!

What can I say, if your needing a florist you'll struggle to find one as good as these guys. I come every year to get peony roses for my partner as it is her favourite flower and so happens to be in season once a year. This year I called up and rachel informed me of the price which was much higher than last year (much like everything else) however she advised me to wait and call her back in a few weeks. I took her advice called back and the price had fallen to a more reasonable price per stem. When collection came she was not happy with the quality of the product that she had been given from her supplier, she insisted that I take the original ones FREE of charge and as a sorry even provided me with something extra to take to my partner. Furthermore, she told me that I should come back in a few hours to collect new ones as she had sent someone specially to the market. I have provided some pictures of the different flowers. Rachel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism is second to none. I couldn't recommend the team at Marlene's flowers enough. I'll see you next year. Cam

Have used this florist for years. I have always been greeted with smiling faces and top-notch customer service. Everyone has always been so eager to help design a bouquet for whatever occasion I was in the market for. However, today I walked in and was not greeted at all. Two female employees were behind the counter on their phones talking, and not once looked up to acknowledge my presence. As I was walking out, I asked if it was under new ownership and they knotted yes. This floral shop will quickly go downhill and will likely be closed in less than six months if this is the Customer Service , the new ownership will be providing. Do better.

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others. As soon as i walked in, I was greeted by their great staff (blonde woman and man with tattoos) who went above and beyond and were so helpful. I will be a frequent customer from now on.

My wife and I got married on 28th June 2024 and we used Booker flowers for our wedding flowers. As our wedding reception was in Sefton Park Palm House, we didn't feel we needed too many flowers in the venue itself. When my wife had her consultation with the staff at Booker- they were really helpful and as they regularly do weddings at the Palm House, they were able to offer their expert advice on what they believed would be suitable for what she wanted. My wife opted for a display on the top table; along with button holes for the groom and groom party, bridal bouquet and bridesmaids; a flower wand for our little flower girl and wrist corsages for some of the ladies. On the morning of the wedding, Booker florists delivered the table display to the Palm House and also took all of the other flowers to the address where the Bride was getting ready. This was an excellent service as it meant that my Best Man could collect the button holes from there and everything was all organised. My wife had opted for an orange terracotta colour scheme and the flowers were just beautiful and worked so well with the theme. A fantastic service and the flowers gave our wedding that extra special touch. Would definitely recommend 👌

I found Anne's Flowers & Gifts in a google search when I was looking for an out of town florist. I was so pleased with the arrangement that Gina prepared for a Flag Day Birthday! I look forward to working with them again the next time I need a florist in Phoenix Arizona.

I love how you can walk into this wholesale supply store and buy such a unique range of flowers and floral accessories. All of the flowers and foliage seen in these arrangements were purchased on a random Saturday with ZERO pre-ordering. I also obtained the stunning vases from Berkeley Florist Supply as well.

We had Venus Flowers do our floral arrangements for our wedding earlier this year and it was incredible to say the least (I may be biased of course!). We had some fairly good ideas of what we wanted from our wedding, but Ben took it to the next level. After one consultation it was clear that they had the passion and creativity to pull off the perfect floral arrangement for our wedding. We pretty much left them to it, and it was the best decision ever. Ben and his team managed to pull off floral arragements that you would only ever really see on instagram. The flowers became a strong talking point at our wedding as people marvelled at the Orchids hanging from the ceiling. The flowers were so high in quality that people struggled to see if they were real or not - all flowers were real fyi. Looking back at it now, I don't think we would of trusted anyone else with the wedding flowers. The entire team at Venus was very friendly, acommendatating (happy to do site visits etc) and whats more, they were on the same page with us in terms of what we expected to see with the flowers. Highly recommend these guys.

We bought a wedding bouquet and groom's buttonhole flower from Northern Flower for our small wedding. Great service from start to finish, quick email replies from Sian, delivery on time straight to the registrar. Bouquet was beautiful and colourful, not bulky, just what I wanted. Price was reasonable. Only slight hitch was the groom's buttonhole flower kept sliding sideways as the pin to hold it in place was maybe not enough to handle the weight of the thistle. But it's not a big deal and we have actually kept it, pressed it and framed it as a keepsake now. Would definitely recommend Northern Flower.

Bismillah. My first time using Ever So Special, I would highly recommend them to others but moreover I would use them again. I can’t thank the team enough for how quickly they got my order made. First thing 9am Ever So picked up my arrangement request, responded back via what’s app advising me Jamila would call to discuss the order. I received a prompt call from her to discuss my order. I needed the order by a certain time initially I was vague with the time and then short while later advised I needed it by 1pm! I didn’t think it would be possible, but Jamila was sympathetic given the sensitive nature and understood. She was professional and was so clear and helpful, it made the whole ordering process so much easier! She communicated so effectively throughout too 5* for everything, service & goods and going above and beyond. I felt ease and knew I didn’t need to worry, it was like talking to a family member who was helping us. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring funeral arrangements especially as I’ve had first hand experience with them. Horrible. My elderly mother tried to surprise me with flowers, but this so called “florist” absolutely ruined it by giving flowers which were not which she had ordered and something completely different and ugly. She was so so upset as she had been so excited to surprise me with my favourite flowers however the staff were so incredibly rude to her that she has been shaken up ever since. I am so disappointed I cannot even express in words. Tried to phone and ask for a solution, I was given extreme attitude and made to feel stupid for even asking. Please see attached picture of so called “candy tied bouquet” as per their website. I will never forget they made my wee mum cry

I've been using Trias flowers and gifts to deliver flowers to a great friend of mine for her birthday. Every year they remind that her birthday is coming up and every year I place an order . Bonnie Fluers provided our wedding flowers as part of our package with the Torrance Hotel. I paid a little extra for specifics of what we were looking for. Cannot thank them enough and recommend them enough either, our flowers were absolutely beautiful and everything that I could have hoped for and more! I was really nervous as I was very set on what I was looking for and how I wanted them to look, they exceeded my expectations massively and really done a wonderful job replicating and adding to images I showed them. We absolutely loved working with Ashland Addison for our wedding! Our florist Victoria could not have been more talented, communicative, helpful or kind! She understood our vision for the day immediately upon chatting with her on a video call and made me feel so relaxed knowing that she and her team were going to make our wedding vision come true! She went above and beyond for us, and the florals were better than any Pinterest vision board photos I’ve ever seen. We received so many compliments from our guests and family on the florals, too!! Purchased these custom flowers for my sister’s birthday ! She loves sunflowers and pink and the Lee’s Flower Shop delivered just that. The only thing is that I wish the bouquet was more full or at least more sunflowers for the price of $84 with all taxes added. Other than that they were enjoyed. Thank you, I will be back soon.

Had a snafu on Valentines Day when the flowers didn’t get delivered because I put in wrong zip code. Wish the software caught my error, but the staff was very helpful and the Company sent me a gorgeous bouquet the following day as a Sorry/Thank You. I’ve been a customer for years and you can’t beat their arrangements and now their service recovery as well. 5-Star all around.

My mom works in the city and I wanted a local company that could deliver to her, after a few hours of researching into different florists, I chose the flower market for their incredible pricing and pretty bouquets. Well, I made a great choice! After looking on line for a local florist (I live in Florida, the recipient lives in NY), I chose Moravian Florist due to their 5 star rating. And they didn't disappoint !! I was delightfully surprised for a photo of the flowers that were being sent - usually you pray with other florist that they are similar to what you chose. They were delivered on time with the exact note I wrote. I will definitely choose Moravian florist in the future. I just wish other florist are as exceptional as they are. Excellent drinks 90% of the time. Sometimes not great at the end of the day- have had a few clumpy matchas when they are winding down for the day. Otherwise, love how inventive and beautiful drinks are here. Try the ginger matchai- a crazy combo of golden latte, chai latte and matcha latte. Oh and gorgeous flower arrangements and houseplants. Always lush and expertly arranged. Oh and Dog treats!!

This was my Mums favourite florist and when she passed away I knew that they were the only ones who could do her funeral flowers. Every piece was just beautiful and they were so lovely with helping us pick out everything we wanted.
