Was looking for a new car and decided on either a Golf R or an Audi S3. Approached Sytner Leeds Audi about an S3 advertised on the website which unfortunately had already sold. However, was offered a similar S3 within my budget. Arranged a viewing and test drive and really liked the car. Saleswoman was friendly and knowledgeable. Reserved the car and collected a week later. Handover was smooth and efficient. The only minor problem was with the service history interval in the car not been set correctly and this took a number of e-mails and a visit planned to my local Audi dealer (Nottingham) to get it altered. Great car, good dealership.

Took my car in for its MOT. The service is always fantastic and the main reason I will keep coming back. The staff are incredibly friendly and take you through the whole process start to finish, accommodate well if you have to work while you wait and the car was as clean as the day I bought it when I got it back. The check in process is great and they get any and all extras done during your visit. My only hope is the valet service makes a return!

Very professional but friendly service. I bought my new car remotely from West Sussex dealing with negotiations by email. Very pleased with response and the final result. New car delivered from Leeds and old one collected. Perfect! Very happy to recommend Sytner Leeds Audi.
