Amazing customer service, if you stop by look for Daniel Lugo. Great salesman, was on top of things, when I asked for a specific vehicle he got on that immediately. Even after the purchase of the vehicle was done he has been to able to help me out with questions and overall service. I never had the need to hassle with them I said a car note I was willing to pay and they worked things out. AGAIN Daniel was an amazing person and made my purchase of the vehicle a 10/10 experience, will definitely come back to Braman for my next vehicle.

Stay away from this dealership especially my sales man Mohab and sales manager Allan Velez. I recently purchased a vehicle which I thought was certified pre owned. I live in Charlotte, Nc so this was a remote transaction. On delivery of my Genesis GV80 I noticed a huge scuff /scratch on the front driver side bumper and a dent on the back.l bumper. After inspecting the inside I saw there were areas where the car was again damaged. I’m not sure how this car even passed Genesis certification which is supposed to have a high standard being a luxury brand. The issues continue the steering wheel leather has scuffs and the driver seatbelt doesn’t go back into place smoothly as it should when unbuckled. I was completely lied to about the damages my salesman Mohab never sent me pictures showcasing the damages and he never mentioned it over the phone or text. The company that transported the Genesis sent me pictures showing the car had these damages before he picked up the car. I will be reaching out to Hyundai corporate to file a complaint about my experience and how this dealership certifies these vehicles with clear damages. The car never came detailed and the car clearly looks used inside, not the service I was expecting from A luxury car manufacturer. I have called all week and haven’t got a response from any managers to resolve these issues, once you purchase the car they don’t care about you clearly. I would highly advise to never buy a car from them. This has been a poor experience overall and I will never do business with them again.

Exceptional experience at this Hyundai dealership! Our salesperson, Luis Manotas, was outstanding - honest, kind, and attentive. The manager Alexandra. patiently explained everything, instilling great confidence. My husband bought a Santa Cruz, and I was there throughout the process. The follow-up service was excellent. Compared to other Hyundai dealers that we visited the same week, this one is truly exceptional in customer service and transparency. You can trust them completely. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new or used car!
