Overall poor and disgusting service when buying a used car for £26500. We purchased our car from VW Liverpool in January and having pre-agreed numerous small fixes that were needed, we took delivery of the car. We are now 22 weeks on from collection, and getting these jobs completed is absolutely painful to say the least. Having been in the trade myself, I understand what customer service standard is expected when buying a car, we all know a car is the second biggest purchase in most of our lives. The team in Liverpool have demonstrated the very reputation that dealerships and car salesman work hard to overcome day in day out, take your money and give you zero aftersales service. We have escalated our issues a number of months ago to VW complaints and the head of business, still resulting in a disgusting level of customer service and care for our situation. Putting it bluntly, no one cares! Think twice before purchasing your car from this dealership. It will certainly be our last!!

Got a new car but manufacturing defect on the air con, it doesn't work at all. Spent 2 months time, went there for 2 times but still need to book a further appointment for fixing it! I give up. I really wanted to have a Golf R and I can't convince myself for these low level service.
