I recently visited the store, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and patient, which made my visit all the more enjoyable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The overall experience was fantastic, and I am definitely looking forward to returning to Schuh in the near future.
Got a pair o shoes yesterday in the sale. %0% off so was very happy. I buy Clarks often as they are good value for money and look cool. Been wearing them for about 45 years now :-) (Not the same pair!) I was served by a very friendly young man in the basement, men's department. A real delight to deal with, very easy going and helpful despite being very busy and in demand. There always seems to be good staff. I was passing today and popped in to see if there were any more bargains, nothing in my size but the young man remembered me and was very friendly and polite. I enjoy the service and Clarks and like the shoes.
Outstanding service from Mark today in helping me to work out my size, he went above and beyond to find the right products!. I highly recommend this store not only for their helpfulness but especially as they sell footwear that lasts!.
Ali, the person who helped me out in this particular store, was very patient and friendly towards me as a foreign customer. My current shoes were wearing off and needed to get a new pair immediately. However do to different in sizes and no sizes for those shoes that I like, he has helped me with great passion showing me around and getting me the perfect pair of shoes that fit exactly 💯. Absolutely lovely staff at the Bullring store. Linda was incredibly helpful and I would not have found what I wanted without her (including finding out I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoes for the last 5 years!) She is a credit to the store. A big thank you from a very happy customer
Myself and my boyfriend came into store yesterday as he wanted to purchase his first pair of docs at some point this year. He wasn’t planning on getting them yesterday but due to the fantastic and exceptional service of the girl with the red hair with the elder emo badge, he finally caved and got them!! She was genuinely so lovely, knowledgable and an asset to the team as well as the brand. Maybe I’ll return soon for my own pair of docs and hopefully I’ll look as cool as her wearing them! First purchase at Footlocker. Got these gems in a size 4 for just £85. I waited over 10 minutes just for the worker to bring me the Jordan's. I don't what was taking so long. It was a Monday ergo it wasn't busy. The girl at the till was very slow-paced with her work, made a few mistakes (which was corrected by the worker who gave me the shoes) and wasn't quick to jump on the till when she clearly saw customers waiting. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait as long in the queue to check out. Footlocker appears to have very low standards when it comes to customer service. Wish I could work there for that reason. But I got these gorgeous trainers in the midst of all of it. Thank you, Hannah F.
We had an urgent visit to Sketchers, Princes Street Edinburgh yesterday afternoon as my husband quickly needed to replace his footwear that was causing him huge discomfort. We had a superb service from Salesperson 823213, she dealt with us professionally and quickly had the small stock they had in size 13 shoes brought from the stockroom for him to try. Good shop with good prices. Max on apparel who served me was so polite and friendly and really made my day. I’d noticed another customer had been rather rude to him but he was very professional and didn’t let it stop him carrying on with a smile. Wonderful staff who always do a great job!

Went to the store near Oxford Circus yesterday, got very good customer service from the young lady Chloe. She was very welcoming and always happy to help. Even when I bought a pair and decided I wanted to exchange for a different one, she was very helpful and polite. Great customer service and Would definitely come back.
