I'm really not one to write reviews, and manicures are usually just a chore for me. But I just had the best manicure I've ever had!! Luz was so incredible at so sweet. The whole staff felt like a happy family and the vibes were great. The salon itself is beautiful- so unique, relaxing and energizing at the same time. The treatments are so worth it and so unique- I loved the coconut scrub!! 100% will be going back (maybe even tomorrow for a pedicure)!

I was visiting the city and walked past this salon. So many color options to choose from which is great! Ana did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. She was sweet and professional! She did a great job and an even better massage. I highly recommend her.

Just had the most devastatingly possibly racist, but at the very least incredibly disrespectful experience I could have imagined here. I came yesterday for a medium gel-x set with manicure before my trip to Europe and paid cash as they prefer. This morning, a nail cracked so I called to have it fixed and was told to come at 745p. Immediately when I sit down, it is evident the first lady is annoyed she has to fix it. She rushes through the process and keeps waving me off and dismissing me when I try to speak. She doesn’t want me to talk to her at all. Another lady takes over once I voice my concerns but that experience is no better. I am challenged, demeaned, insulted, and humiliated for simply asking my nail to look like it isn’t two weeks old. It is absolutely despicable to treat paying customers this way. I was told this is the best they could do and everyone doesn’t have the same “neat” hands. Pictures of the mess below. Unfortunately i leave for Greece for 2 weeks in 8 hours so there is nothing I can do!!

Liz at Butterfly did my lash lift and tint. 8 weeks later it still looks great. She was really swift and listened to what I wanted too. I will be back!

What a lovely, friendly and welcoming place. My two young daughters were met with smiles and support for a fun spur of the moment nail shop visit. Thank you for the good time and great nails!

Bad customer service and misinformation. I thought I liked this place but after having several issues with my nails and them arguing with me about making the repairs. I will never return. The guy at the front said as a woman I should know about nails. He said even he knows about nails and he’s a guy. I’m not sure why that was said by a manager but Miami is known to have trash customer service and it certainly didn’t stop at Mira. They could’ve possibly kept a customer had they handled this better but nope!

Visited Luxe for the first time for a refill and a pedi, and had the most amazing experience! I felt so pampered! The spa is absolutely beautiful. Both nail techs were so friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding the type of color I was looking for. I literally almost fell asleep with the massage that came with the pedi because it was so relaxing! Stephanie was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job on my nails (just how I like them)! I will be back!

Sammie the owner is incredibly hospitable. I left my wallet there for a week and they just held it honestly for me! The benefits of having a regular shop. The consistency of excellence is outstanding. They also care about your nail health! My nails have gotten much stronger after too much acrylic use over the years and using builder gel has been great. Not to mention my nails are utter perfection every time.

Very quick wait on a Saturday and provided guests boba! Karen was lovely, she was sweet and service was quick and easy. I got gel nails and she gave me such a cute shape! Just remember they are cash only, but there is an ATM in the back. I'm happy I stopped by! :)

This has to be one of the most positive nail salon experiences I've ever had. Amy did my gel mani and Van did my gel pedi. They were AMAZING! The work was so detailed, gentle, and they really took their time with everything. The hygiene and sanitation here are on point. Instead of having a tub with jets, they use bowls of lightly fragranced water which ensures that you're not getting another customer's feet germs contaminating your pedi. The service ended with a hot lotion massage which literally melted away all the tension and tightness in my hands and feet. I will say their gel polish selection is quite limited since they're more known for their huge selection of designer nail polish. They have baskets on baskets full of Zoya, essie, Hermes (i had no idea hermes even made nail polish), and much more. All in all, a flawless experience. I highly recommend coming here for your next mani-pedi!

Listen here Trey is so amazing. I came for a dip powder and he is so meticulous. He did not disappoint. The place is clean and they serve a complimentary drink. My pedicure was done by Logan he made me feel relaxed and also did a great job. If you are looking for a nail place with quality customer service, this is it.

Hands down, absolutely THE best nail salon in the DFW/DTX area! You want quality, professional, attentive service?…I highly recommend Sky! Every single staff member is on point, you won’t be disappointed! Loann quite literally gave me the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. Not only what she delightful to converse with, but she took great care and being very precise and meticulous with my cuticle removal and application of acrylic gel polish. And then when it came time for me to get my massage, it was absolutely amazing. And she even gave me a at home foot treatment to take with me. By far the worst experience ever. It started with the horrible customer service. Then I was charged more money for the person to correct the mistake they made on my nails. The full set looks like it got into a car accident with the amount of lumps in it and also have many paint bubbles. I simply asked for a french tip on my hand and feet( not the deep french tip) and ended with a bill of 155 dollars. How? I also came in during their happy hour. They attempted to refuse the promotion, stating that I didn't check in. Which I did. Causing them to get angry that they had to honor it and continued to rush and make mistakes on my nails. Please don't go here. It's not worth the disappointment. I really wish I've gave them a taste of their own medicine with how rude and unprofessional they were. Also this is what I asked for vs what I got I asked for the color set but he continued to ignore me and painted them white.

I've been to this salon for many years now and absolutely love the service they supply. Elena does my nails every month, and she is a perfectionist to detail.

Becky/Bechy did my nails and cut my fingers. My dip is uneven, rough and my cuts still burn. I really didn’t want to pay $45 or tip for this service. She left for 5 minutes after starting my first nail to go work on someone else. I do not recommend going here.

I get my nails done here every month and I’ve been doing so for the last YEAR. They never disappoint. My nails last for 4 weeks, just in time to get them done again. I always come with a different design in mind and they rise up to the challenge every time. My favorite nail techs are Nic, Sofia, Simon, and Tiffany. Below are some of my sets (didn’t take a picture of all of them) including my most recent ones from today (almond pink with rhinestone on each nail).

Cherie did THE BEST job ever. Revive is a relaxing space, Cherie was very professional and did the prettiest nail art that. I told her I was going to a wedding and she matched my dress to the art. Would definitely recommend.

I am so happy with the outcome of my gel mani at Mimosa! I made an appointment for noon on a weekday and was promptly taken in (although I was definitely awed and overwhelmed by the infinite options for gel polishes!). My manicurist worked extra hard to remove the dip powder-like gel manicure I already had, and helped me find a sheer gel color perfect for the summer! She has a great attention to detail. Looking forward to coming back for my next mani/pedi!

I’d like to give this place 5 stars but I was ignored for the first 30 mins by staff due to the fact my ex works here and was sitting at the front desk (I didn’t know she worked here before entering). I came in for a manicure cos I had a nasty hangnail and my cuticles were jacked. I sat down after being ignored but then she (my ex) greeted other people coming in after me, that’s when I realized what was going on. I said hi to her, apologized for disturbing her cos I didn’t know she worked there (I live down the block from this place btw) and asked to be seen. A kind pregnant woman did an amazing job on my manicure. To my ex, I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart for whatever hurt I may or may not have left you with. I know I was a dh back then and hella immature in a lot of ways. I don’t mean to make things awkward or weird if you ever run into me. I want you to know I am a completely different person than who I was 20 years ago. Peace.

Amazing customer service! Rare here in the city. Margaret was SUPER accommodating and caring! She helped me pick out my colors and asked for a picture for inspiration. She then sat me with Mai . She has done the best SNS ive ever received!!! She cared as well and she would give me advice. Her shaping was amazing and she did not make my nails chunky. I loved my experience here and i will recommend people to here. Cant wait to be back ☺️🙏🏼 (I regret not getting them longer lol )

First time here and I was really impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail from the staff. The girl that worked on my nails did a phenomenal job, and I am really happy with the results. My nails look so tidy and crisp, honestly I can't stop looking at them. The staff members are kind and made me feel welcome at all times and made sure that they are happy to listen in case I wanted to change anything. I felt part of the process instead of having someone just mindlessly working my nails and not asking or requesting feedback throughout the process. We also talked about cats and Christmas, so I'll definitely will be coming back.

Been coming here for over 2 years now, and this was the first time I’ve been disappointed. Maria did my nails, and every one is a different shape (I asked for rounded). I had to ask her twice to redo the polish that she swiped off with her long nails (by accident, which is fine) but the second time she went over the paint she tried to immediately stick my hand under the curing lamp so that I couldn’t examine the work anymore. The gel polish on most of my nails either doesn’t go all the way to my cuticles or bleeds onto the skin outside the nail. Looks sloppy and inconsistent. Very disappointed since I’ve come here many times and have loved every other experience. Choose your nail tech wisely.

You get 1 chance to make a first impression. This place wasn't great. My nails have been chipping ever since i got them painted. Day 1 now its 7 days and they're a wreck. I cant deal. I dont want to go back after I have my nails painted. If I need to Im done with the salon. And sorry to say Alibi Im done.

I want to say how grateful I am for Kayla and Amanda! Kayla did such a good job with my nails and I put my whole trust in her when I told her about an issue I was having. She quickly talked to the manager and literally accommodated my needs. That’s when Amanda came and did my pedicure and was honestly the sweetest person. Definitely coming back for them, I’m so happy I was able to talk to them both. Boosted my confidence and made me feel more than welcomed.

I have been a customer at Juko for over 7 years..my nail tech always did a great job. Yesterday I went to salon and I supposed to have chrome finish on my nails. I was running 15 min late coming from suburbs, they agreed to take me. My advantage was that I didn’t have to remove any no chip nail polish, so I saved the time on that (probably good 15-20 min). My nail tech did my nails as always and at the end didn’t put chrome.. I asked why and she explained “the front desk girl told her not to do it because of the lack of time”.. here I am thinking, I actually booked longer appointment and I am not getting services I ve booked.. also if you know you are not gonna do chrome why don’t you communicate that with me up front so I choose another nail polish. instead the nail tech told me at the end that she didn’t have time to do that. Very unprofessional and poor communication skills..unfortunately I will not be going back there..

Champagne prices for shandy quality! My booking was at 11am the day prior to attending a wedding, the salon opened at 10am so I arrived 10 mins early- only to be told there was a staff meeting and I had to sit outside or go away and come back (no sign was up to say this). I modified my booking weeks ahead of my appointment- because the employee never amended my booking. I was told I wasn't getting what I actually wanted because of the time allocation I was given by Nora my nail technician...prior to my appointment one of my nails broke but there was no attempt to find a happy medium with the length of nail...there was an atmosphere of my nail technician not being able to speak freely in-front if certain coworkers (managers possibly). Finally with my lash lift the employee was lovely but very opinionated about her views and was very vocal on them with regards to my personal life- to clarify I am happy in my personal life and wasn't seeking advice. I felt so uncomfortable with my experience I couldn't get out of there quick enough- definitely not worth the £135 for wonky shaped nails and someone criticizing my personal life. Highly recommend! The sweetest people and best customer service! My daughter chipped her 1-day old manicure as we were departing Austin for Glasgow. Ugh! As soon as we arrived in Glasgow, we found USA Nails, walked in without an appointment, and they not only fixed her broken nail but matched the existing manicure color almost perfectly so we didn’t have to spend precious vacation time getting all new nails done. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! And they were so sweet they didn’t even charge us! They totally turned my daughter’s day around ❤️ Thank you, USA Nails!

I never write reviews. But these are the worst nails I have ever had. If what I had asked for was too hard, they should’ve said something. They were done in 30 minutes max with no care. I paid £36 (with student discount) and now have to pay more to take them off. I have glue on the skin under every nail. I will let the photos do the talking but safe to say I am upset. The people in there absolutely amazing every time and so friendly. I've been going for the last 6 months and they never disappoint. Very good prices for what they do and never shy away from a challenge. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I am a nail biter and got a full set of gel overlays. I was quite anxious about getting my my nails. From the moment I walked the door everyone was lovely. Ruta did a fantastic job on my nails! For the first time in my life I feel I have pretty nails! So glad I went Service: Manicure

We came in today right before Easter and it was pretty busy but we were seated in about 15 minutes. We received complimentary drinks and they got start fairly quickly on all of our services. We got 2 pedicures, a manicure, and a refill on acrylic nails. Ivan did great on my nails and made them look better than they originally looked. Kay and Sarah did our toes and they were so kind and efficient. This will always be a regular spot for us. Highly recommend!

I had my nails done a month ago and although you can see the growth, they didn't come off and they are intact and incredible. I love them, I didn't go due to lack of time. I hope I can get an appointment for these days. I am in love with my nails THANK YOU 💅

Buff on East Market Street is the only place i will ever get my nails done. From the relaxing, friendly atmosphere to the detail and precision of design to my nails. it all makes a perfect experience every-time. I have been going here for over a year now and get my. nails done monthly, my nails have never been healthier too! I recommend Hollie, as she makes it calm and listens to my needs and is comfortable to change things i don't like. Overall, highly recommend buff! also a big plus is it being dog friendly, thus in a hurry i can bring my dog if needed.

They say you have a 10 day guarantee but they always refuse to re do it if they did the nail work wrong and blame it on you. They even refused to give me coffee. The gel peels off at the base at day 5-7.

Amazing experience getting nail ready before our cruise!! The scheduling was super easy online and the confirmations were fast and when the girls requested a design on their thumbs… they were happy to show a ton of options in their book!! Definitely hope to come back again!!

I popped in on a quick break to get a full set of acrylics and I was amazed! Gorgeous pink french set done in under an hour with lovely staff keeping me occupied the whole time. A must-go salon !

I came in on a Saturday and was sat immediately. I got a soak off and full set with a pretty extravagant design and it was only about 2 hours time. The drinks and complimentary hookah made the time go by even faster. The person that worked on my nails even mixed custom colors to match my inspiration pictures. Great experience.

By far the best nail salon! I’ve never been able to grow my nails out because they are so flimsy and thin, but I’ve been getting the structure modern gels done and finally have natural, long, sturdy nails. Jenny is the absolute best and such a pro at what she does. Highly recommend

I have been going to Lush for almost 2 years and I love it here! I had the great fortune of Martin taking me as a walk-in one day and never looked back! He totally rehabilitated my nails after they were almost destroyed by another salon. He’s super talented and I trust him completely to give me the looks I need.

I really don’t understand how have so many stars ! Horrible experience , the cuticle is not clean, the same file is used for several people( I was bleeding because he scratched me - really nice ,he use it for the next women), etc. these are my nails done 3 days ago, £40 for nothing! There is no attention to detail, everything is in a fantastic rush

In love with my nails Lauren did a amazing job. Staff are lovely very polite and friendly. They have every colour and shade possible I was spoilt for choice. I moved to Manchester as a student back in 2020 and since then I have always been here for my nail appointments. I have now moved up to Manchester for good and have been nervous about getting my brows done elsewhere that isn’t at home. I came to Lily nail bar and got HD/Henna Brows and they are perfect! Not too dark not too light and not too thick either, they are just perfect. I highly highly recommend Lily nail bar as all staff make you feel welcome and take their time to understand what you want done. Take a look at this regular manicure - which should be the standard as it’s so basic. This was so terrible I contemplated asking for a full refund, but the staff did not seem to care about feedback. Everything is a miss: the application, quality, and attention to detail. The products are also poor quality. The staff does not care about the finished product or customer satisfaction. This is my 4th or 5th time giving this salon a shot and I’ve officially given up. Save your money and go to Brazilian Soul. Check their reviews - they’re the most outstanding salon in this area.

5 stars for me, I was in a panic trying to find a nail salon who performed certain services to get a fill in before flying out in the morning to Dubai. Kevin took care of me and assured me that he could get the job done. The other ladies were also very welcoming, nice and I got a great neck, shoulder massage. You do not have to go all the way to Harlem to get your nails done when u are staying in Midtown go to Pink Blossom and they will take care of you.

I was getting my nails done for the first time for Pride and this place was nothing but amazing! Lucy was incredibly skillful and meticulous, and absolutely nailed it even though the design was new to her! Rainbow was very patient and awesome too. The price is also great for the value. Great service! Love my nails 😍 Chi and the team are friendly and very talented. First time I have my nails done here with sophisticated design and I am so happy with her work. I showed her a picture of the style and she designed it free hand perfectly and it is more than what I expected. I used to asked for it in other nails salon but nothing turns out nicely. Finally I found this nails salon. Thank you so much for spending your time making them perfect. Highly recommended, 😍

Bummed to say this since I loved my tech and she did a great job color matching/identifying the style I asked for, but overall the quality isn’t worth the price. The edges are uneven and the apex of the nail with hard gel is nonexistent—so much so that I broke a nail within 4 hours of my appointment. While I was able to get back in next day for a fix I was a little shocked that they then charged me for it ($17 isn’t the end of the world but stings on top of a $210 mani). Update: the other index finger nail broke and when I requested a fix they were entirely unresponsive. This sort of experience and service is truly disappointing given the beauty of the salon and overall environment so I won’t be coming back.

I have been coming to this salon since 2019 and always have great service here. The staff are always friendly and efficient while also doing a great job. Plenty of colour options for classic, shellac and powder manicures. My nails are so much stronger and healthier since I’ve been coming here. I’ve had nail art done here too and they always manage to perfect whatever I’ve asked for. Definitely the best nail salon in central London, I’ve brought lots of friends with me who have all said they now wouldn’t go anywhere else.
