These guys have A1 customer service from the office to the guys that came to move me. No wierd charges and straight to the point , fast , efficient and no damages to my furniture or any of the home which were coming down stairs. Give this company a call.

My husband and I were moving 8 years of our belongings from a 2 bedroom apartment to a large house. I gathered local recommendations and quotes from several companies and Anytime Movers came out as my top choice! They were the only company offering a 3-person team, and for my move they priced weekdays and weekends the same. I got the quote from their easy-to-use website quickly, and was able to communicate everything over email. On moving day the crew showed up 5 minutes early and did a quick tour of the items that needed to be moved, then got to work! They brought plastic wrap, moving blankets, and tape to professionally and safely get our belongings onto the truck. They were even able to dissemble and reassemble our king size bed at no extra cost. There was an extra cost for all the stairs at the apartment but it was a one time flat fee and very reasonable! (The building did not have any elevators so it was extra effort indeed!). Communication and timelines were clear and the 3-man team worked together flawlessly. Really recommend to anyone in the DC area!

I chose Muscular Moving Men because I knew I had to be out of one house weeks before I could move into my new house and I knew they would store everything. The guys that came and picked everything up were efficient and took great care with our furniture. James, Mel and Juan delivered it to my new home. They were super professional and nice too. The guys listened and made sure the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted. I felt more like they were family than contractors.

The service I received from Scot removals was outstanding. Mo and his team were courteous, extremely fast and efficient, and very helpful. Communication throughout was excellent. I was moving flat (3rd floor tenement!) from Glasgow to Lincoln. Everything was picked up the day before the move for a lunchtime delivery the next day. Everything ran like clockwork both days! Mo kept in touch on the journey down to Lincoln and his ETA was spot on! I had underestimated the amount of ‘stuff’ being moved on the day and Mo was understanding and accommodating and we were easily able to reach an agreement for my error. The price of removal and customer service was very fair indeed. I would highly recommend pure moving company. We take really good care of our things, and for that reason we were grateful to find Sher and his team who moved very efficiently but most importantly carefully. We had brand new wood floors and so to protect the floors, they laid down the right carpets and were especially attentive. They also have really good sensibilities and were a joy to spend the day with. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Despite facing elevator issues at our high rise in Dallas and dealing with rain at both cities and the entire drive, they kept a positive attitude and worked efficiently. We ended up having more items than we thought, but they still honored the flat rate we were quoted. They managed to move everything into our new four-story townhouse (no elevator) in Austin without any issues. Do not use this company!! I had a move scheduled for Sunday morning and had 2 "moving pros" who were supposed to move me. One of the "pros" was a no show. After going back and forth with Bellhops for an hour, they couldn't find a solution or someone else to fill in, and told me they could no longer move me that day and the soonest they could move me would be Tuesday. I told them this was unacceptable as I had to be out of my apartment that day, but they didn't care or offer any solution. In addition to that, they only offered a 10% discount if I "rescheduled" with them. I will never use this company again nor recommend them to anyone! I have been trying to get a hold of a supervisor for 2 days now, but just keep getting passed around their support team who is no help whatsoever. In addition, they're holding all of my money hostage and refusing to give me a full refund even though they provided me with absolutely zero service. Bellhops is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

GUYS - PLEASE, PLEASE READ. I rarely write any reviews but I genuinely felt the responsibility to write this one so I can warn others and hopefully save them from the nightmare I endured. My intention is to save you time and money! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT hire this company. I actually cannot believe the positive reviews here, not sure if they're bots? I will share my experience which was nothing short of a nightmare. I hired them to spare me the stress of moving, but they only gave me a headache and I wasted my money in the worst possible way. On the first day of the move, we had a team of three movers. However, only one of them seemed interested in doing any actual work. The other two were casually hanging out downstairs, stuffing their faces with food and guzzling soda while the lone worker struggled to handle the entire move by himself. It took them over three excruciating hours to complete a simple one-bedroom move that should have taken a fraction of that time. As if that wasn't bad enough, the second day was even worse. We were left with only two movers, and one of them conveniently had a "medical emergency" that lasted for the ENTIRE move. The remaining mover was left to tackle everything on his own once again. The one who supposedly had a medical emergency miraculously reappeared just in time to collect payment and tips. It was clear that his sudden recovery was motivated solely by money, which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, the lone worker who stayed on the job had no clue how to assemble furniture. I found myself cringing as he awkwardly asked my wife for guidance on putting things together. It was evident that this company lacks the basic training and expertise required for professional moving services. But wait, there's more! Our furniture didn't just arrive in one piece—they arrived in multiple broken pieces and the TV stand was full of scratches. The TV stand, two nightstands, were casualties of their incompetence - not to mention they lost our trash can. Additionally, they failed miserably in assembling our couch, leaving us with a pile of broken parts and frustration. We then reached out to the customer service representatives, Chris and Max, only to be met with further disappointment. Chris displayed dismissiveness and rudeness, even going so far as to mock my wife's accent, pretending not to understand her concerns. When I called back seeking resolution, Chris declined my call, forcing me to speak with Max. To my disbelief, Max not only refused a refund while raising his voice, but accused me of "threatening" him when I expressed my intention to share my experience through a review. After weeks, if not months, of persistent complaints, SEKA Moving reluctantly agreed to a PITIFUL refund that doesn't even come close to covering the damages and losses we suffered. This company's lack of professionalism, disregard for customers, and dismissive customer service make them an absolute disgrace. Save yourself the headache and stress – DO NOT use Seka Moving. This has truly been the worst experience I've ever had with a company and I genuinely do not understand how they're still in business. I've NEVER felt so disrespected by a business. Their unprofessionalism, lack of work ethic, and disregard for your belongings make them a moving nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a reliable and competent moving company.

Excellent experience, can’t recommend highly enough. Not the cheapest by far but the service is fantastic. Superbly professional. Very affable staff. We have moved 5 times in 6 years it’s always stressful but this was our best experience. The lads took all the stress and pressure away. Packing was completed by Eddie and his colleague very quickly and professionally. Nothing got broken or lost. Boxes were properly labelled so we knew exactly what was inside and not overpacked. Nothing was too heavy. On the day we had 6 or 7 chaps to load the van. It was 32C and they were sweating buckets as we moved from a 4th floor flat with no lift. Getting the furniture down was a huge challenge but so professionally done. They had also arranged the parking suspensions in advance for us. Unloading was done in less than 2 hours with 7 guys and all boxes left in the right rooms too! As a result we’ve been able to unpack most stuff within 24 hours! Matt the handyman was also a godsend to dismantle and reassemble the beds, wardrobes, dining table etc. all in all an excellent experience in fact our best move ever.

I rode with Martin and the van clean and comfortable. I've left only a handful of business reviews in my life, and my review for Dumbo Moving will likely be the worst one I'll ever write. In fact, if I can give them negative stars, I would. After getting a recommendation from someone, I called Dumbo to move us from a very large house in CT to a 3 bedroom apartment on the UWS. I was given a quote over the phone and I hired them. Because we were closing on the sale our house and also had very strict guidelines about when we were permitted to move into our apartment building, I made a clear point that timing was crucial. The movers showed up FIVE hours late to my house to begin packing the truck. They were not apologetic at all. When they began wasting valuable time by counting and placing numbered stickers on each box, I became irritated about time being crucial. The foreman did not care. It became very clear to me that all that Dumbo cares about is upcharging to make more money over their initial quote at every opportunity they can. It became apparent after just 1 hour that the truck that they brought was not even close to being large enough for our belongings. It was full and I told the movers that they needed to move the rest of our things to my garage since our house was being sold the next day and I could not leave it furnished. They complained and whined about it, but finally moved the rest to the garage. By this time, it was late afternoon, and we needed to be in the city and moved in within an hour. Impossible after them showing up late and wasting time at my house. My wife and I drove to NYC, and then the guys disappeared for hours with the truck and our things. What they were doing, I'll never know, but I had to pay the doormen and porters in our new apartment hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to allow us to move in late and to work overtime. Finally Dumbo shows up with half of our stuff, again no apologies. When the men realize that certain items will not fit in the elevator, they flat out refuse to walk them up the stairs. They left our couch and bookshelf in the basement of the building. Hours later, and years off my life they complete bringing the other items up. I ended up paying a porter to carry the other furniture up the stairs with me. On and off the phone with Dumbo office 10x, and they agree to send another truck back the next morning to pickup the rest of my things - but only after I agree to give them another $1750. What choice do I have? My house was being sold that day! F'ing robbery and Dumbo knew it. They make you sign a disclosure that says that you will not dispute any credit card charges with them. The same moving guys show up and pack the rest of our things and deliver them to NYC. They are rude, ungrateful and miserable people. Moving out of a home after 15 years is stressful enough, but dealing with this company put me over the edge. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!
