We didn't purchase our vehicle at Courtesy Chevrolet however we bought an accessory from Chevrolet online & had it shipped there. Once it came in we made an appointment to have it installed. We received prompt and exemplary service. Our service technician did an extraordinary job explaining everything to us & was very friendly. They did an awesome job. We love it & look forward to purchasing more products from them!

As always I'm discontent or half satisfied with this Chevrolet Auto Dealership. This time around I went for a motor oil change, door hinges cracked (cover by Ally warranty), two nails in the same tire that I bought there at their shop and any other required maintenance. It turns out Mr Montana said he would take care of it all. But that wasn't the case. Again, I left half content half satisfied. The truck I took (21' Silverado Rst Diesel) was bought there. Along with the warranty mentioned above that I had to pay extra for and for a 5 year contract. That being mentioned. The oil got replaced and so did the oil filter (I really hope so), the hinges were covered by warranty (thank God), the truck "required" the cabin filter and the engine air filter that got replaced just 4 months ago in February 2024. Which I said no to the filters because they didn't need to be replaced. The tire was not patched as promised and caused me to delay my planned trip so that I can go get it patched or whatever it may need. And lastly the truck didn't even get the 'Courtesy' (ironically) of getting a wash like they use to do a few years ago. I've been with this dealership since 2016 and bought a certified vehicle and a 0 miles vehicle there. And I've been through their service shop lots of times as I always get my vehicles maintenance on the dealership. And almost all the time I have to leave with a little discomfort. Oh well. They promise but don't deliver at all times. It's the supervisors not the clerks. The supervisors should make it a habit to maintain a good relationship with all customers at all times, for all things.

I had an amazing car buying experience at Courtesy Chevrolet! I gotta give a huge shout out to Oscar (my salesman) and also Hector (the finance guy). I have horrible credit so when I went in here, I didn't expect a lot to be honest, but they ended up convincing me to let them see what they could do. I was kind of pushy, and I almost left the first day because I had been having a tough time getting approved anywhere else and I honestly just didn't think they would get me into a car. Oscar was very patient with me. I would say I was a pretty tough cookie . I didn't have all the paperwork they needed the first day so I had to go back the next day and they ended up getting my loan finished early the next morning. I could not be happier with my purchase. Hector was also very patient and was very thorough and explaining everything along the way. I'm in sales myself and I also used to sell cars, but I genuinely felt that these guys were chill and down to earth. It was nice to be able to just talk casually and I didn't feel pressured even once. If you're looking to buy a car, I highly suggest this place. There's a reason the dealership has been around as long as they have. If you're struggling to get a loan anywhere else go see Oscar! Five stars all the way around!!! Also one other thing… a few days after the sale Oscar called me up just to see how the car was doing and too see if I had any questions. That’s rare to find in the sales world. Typically you’ll never hear from your salesman again. It was nice to know that they still wanted to follow up with me and make sure I was happy 🤗
