All staff are professional and friendly. Beth does a great job with the hot stones and pure relaxation experience. Staff ensured there were plenty of clean towels, products, hydration areas. The front desk did a nice job at check in and as well as at check out, introducing me to aesthetician Melina, who did a thorough job matching an Eminence product. I felt safe in this City venue, going up to the fifth floor, which was quiet and beautiful.

WOW. What a fantastic experience. I took my 3 daughters here for treatments for my youngest daughter’s 30th Birthday . The salon was spotlessly clean and the treatments we had were fantastic. Beverly ,Andra and Drew were such nice people.. They helped us with all the fun things we had planned for my daughter. If you are planning having and treatments please go to Bliss. I never usually review this but with this I had to our morning was that good .

Let me tell yall this place is PHENOMENAL! from the moment I got there everyone took such good care of me. The two receptionists were so kind, one brought me tea and was very good at explaining every step to me since it was my first time. Jen is the BEST! She did my hydrafacial and dermaplanning. She is so knowledgeable on skin care and extremely personable. I’m so grateful I found this business and will be going back because they really are worth it. You will leave feeling so good:)

I was very excited to stay at SLS Lux Brickell with my wife for a three-night leisure trip. We usually go to the Fairmont, Sofitel, or Ritz, but this was our first time at SLS Lux Brickell, and we were both looking forward to an enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, there were two guys at the reception desk, one wearing glasses and the other without. The person who helped us check in was the one with glasses. He told us our luggage would be brought up to our room, but it never arrived. After waiting for about 20-30 minutes, I went down to the lobby and found our luggage still sitting there. I informed him that I would carry the luggage myself. He never apologized, but the other staff member was attentive and tried to help. Secondly, the air conditioning in our room was not working. When I called the front desk, I was told an engineer would come to take a look. After waiting for another 30 minutes, I got tired of waiting and went to the reception to ask if our room could be changed, which they granted. Coming from the New York area, we were tired and found it difficult to settle in at the hotel, which we had been so looking forward to. During our stay, there were other issues as well, such as debris on the swimming pool floor and not granting a late check-out. I believe one of the most important traits of a five-star hotel is its hospitality, making guests feel welcomed and providing excellent service. Unfortunately, these qualities were absent at this hotel. Having stayed at many five-star hotels during my travels, this was by far the worst experience. The property is in a good location, and the rooms were decent, but the staff's lack of attentiveness significantly diminishes the hotel's value. Upper management should pay more attention to similar issues raised by customers in reviews if they want to uphold the value SLS Lux aims to deliver. Perhaps I should write an email to corporate headquarters to address these concerns.

Clean rooms, beautiful view, top notch service and beautiful ambiance— what more can you ask for. Highly recommend. So much so that my husband and I and a group of friends will be staying at the Hyde Park location in London for our 2024 summer trip. The luxurious accommodations and 5 star service we received in Miami was honestly the best service we ever had. As my hubby and I plan to travel more, the Mandarin is our first choice. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 days and were impressed by the service. Rooms: Luxurious. The sheets are soft and the bedding is so very comfortable. I didn't want to get up. They are generous with the pillows as well. Nearby activities: Downtown Miami (Brickell)

This is the best manicure I have gotten in a while! They are perfect, my technician took her time and made sure each nail looked just right! I’ll be coming back :)

If you’re looking for a salon that is gentle on your nails for a mani/pedi, this is it! This was my second time here for a shellac mani with gel removal. They don’t have any drills, so all removal is done by hand (which is what I have to ask for in other places). They are very gentle and do a stellar job. I asked for something special for my birthday, one nail on each hand half pink half red and she totally obliged. It took her a bit longer but she didn’t rush me through the process when the next person showed up. (At other salons they have, and you could tell.) Overall, I’ve enjoyed both manicure and pedicure here and I would highly recommend it. Plus, sometimes you get a nice little treat with a puppy-visit! I recommend calling or booking online ahead of time as they are usually full, the system is pretty simple and they’re always willing to help if you give them a call. Best nail spot in SF, hands down! P.s. Prosecco, tea, and water are always offered.

My experience was phenomenal! My facial with Robin was so relaxing and restoring, but also extremely informative. It felt like I had slipped into another dimension as Robin was working her magic! In addition to the amazing facial, I also received education about my skin and even a detailed skincare routine to follow when I returned home. My skin has been glowing and on point! The entire staff is so kind and wonderful. The interior of the Spa is extremely relaxing and has a zen energy to it! And this spa is Black-owned! Which is phenomenal! I am all about supporting Black-owned businesses! I will be back!

They were so accommodating and professional! We were planning a very soon bridal spa day and couldn’t find a spa that would accommodate us three together. Vis a vis went above and beyond to accommodate us. The bride was so happy! From the massages to the facials, everything was great! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for massages and facials. It’s reasonably priced and everyone is so professional and so kind! Thank you again!

As a residence owner, I recently visited The Spa & Club over Memorial Day weekend. While the spa facilities were well-maintained, the service fell significantly short of expectations. We exclusively utilized the pool and sauna for about an hour. Upon checking out, the receptionists erroneously assumed we had received additional services and demanded payment. The younger receptionist (fair skinned, brunette hair) displayed a pleasant demeanor; however, the senior receptionist (tall, dark-skinned, black hair) exhibited an unprofessional and condescending attitude, almost belittling us for using the spa&club guest passes. Such negativity is unwarranted, especially when we were merely utilizing the amenities we are entitled to. This disappointing encounter with the front desk staff raises concerns about the quality of service I might receive should I opt for any salon treatments. For those seeking exemplary service, I recommend the Four Seasons instead. It’s disheartening to see such a discrepancy in service standards, especially when The Residence boasts highly trained staff. Why can’t the Hotel meet the same standards?

I went to Clearstone for the hair removal from my neck and back. Ari was my technician and she is amazing and makes the entire process so easy and comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough for their professionalism and expertise and also they are very accomadative. I’ll definitely be continuing to use Clearstone and Ari in the future.

Laser Remedy has been a game changer! I have had laser in the past, but added a few new areas and am repeating some of the same areas. I have always been nervous to laser my face, but this has been life changing. Also, treating my legs, Brazilian, stomach strip, and underarms. I’ve had 3 treatments on the legs, and the results are incredible. Other than the lack of hair, my skin is finally smooth! No more razor bumps. I’ve only been treated by Martha and she is absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the front desk is patient and kind as well.

I was a 1st timer on 4/20 and received Dysport injections. I had a very pleasant experience, I cant remember my techs name but she was so sweet and informative. I already see a difference and as days go on its getting better, as it should. I will be back!

I went to Aura for some Botox and filler. I saw Carlos and he did a great job with everything looking natural, and exactly how I wanted. He also had a great touch, I had very little downtime and no bruises. (I usually get bruised). I will definitely be going back.

I unfortunately, had the unpleasure of watching the front desk receptionist of this establishment, Viktoriya arguing with and belittling someone on social media via an Esthtician Support Group. Not only did she belittle other estheticians and the services they offer because “they’re lame” but she continued to talk about how she was the owner of this establishment & she was better than them & makes more money then them. Although, she’s only a front desk worker, she is a representation of this office & her belittling the same niche of people in which she works for is disgusting & shouldn’t be allowed. I will now tell everyone about this girl & will never recommend this place again. I will not support a business in which the employees belittle the very same people they work with. I have sent numerous people to this place because Val is amazing, but i unfortunately will never recommend them again. Please do better when hiring associates, they represent you as a whole. I am a client and I am choosing to remain unnamed as I will take a silent leaving over an argument with these girls any day.

Went for cortisone treatment with Jessica. I’ve been a client for many years now. My wife does all the time as well. The staff is always professional and the spa is always very clean. They are also very good about getting me in whenever I need them. Thank you Cienega Med Spa!!

I’ve also had RPR and Kybella with Layla too and she’s top notch! Everyone is so professional and friendly too. I've been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. I began getting Botox injections 25 years ago. I have experienced many injectors while moving on also to fillers, BBL's, and Moxi treatments. I was seeing one of the top injectors in the east bay but when she had to cancel because of illness, I was introduced to Nurse Nia.  I never went back to anyone else and that was over eight years ago! I even followed Nia to San Francisco when she began working there! She studies my face like an artist with study their canvas, and she never ever pressure sells me treatments. Thank you exceptional Nia.

So I just came back from a 1 hour electrolysis treatment with Karli... she is AWESOME!!!! SO kind, VERY knowledgeable...she put me at ease within seconds! It was like we were old friends! She was VERY fast, and I can absolutely see the difference in the area she worked on for me...I am VERY pleased with my progress. So pleased, in fact, that I booked a another session, 2 hours this time, only 6 days from now. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a joy!!!

Ann Marie is the worst! She basically treated me everywhere but not the area of my concern, because they want you to come back to have the second injection. Why make 400$ if they can make 1000$!!! This place in the business of selling using high pressure sales techniques. They love money so much, they change the tone their voice into erotic one to sound sexy talking about their attractive prices! Those people are evil because all they care is to look good while doing evil!

I've gone here for injections and have always been very impressed. The botox is injected to give maximum results and lasts a long time. I will never go to another facial spa because Body Beautiful is the best!

All the people there are knowledgeable, friendly, and I’ve had nothing but excellent service. I have been coming here for many years. I would like to add, that I just had some filler work done by Lauren and she is absolutely the best, what I would like to complement Total Med on is the receptionist there, specifically Brianna and Rose… They always have a smile on their face, and they are so friendly and knowledgeable… Both these ladies are absolutely the best, and I’ve been coming here for a long time, it’s the best team I have seen in a long time‼️

I came to this place even though the majority of the reviews were not good reviews. I always think that you should give a place a chance even though they have good and bad reviews. I had more than one incident in which they were NOT organized with their system and appointments that made it uncomfortable and upsetting to me. The last incident was with the owner of this place that made it seem like if I was taking advantage of the last session that she was saying I didn't have any more left. I have no need to get one session free. Prior to this last session the same thing happened with another area that I was doing and the technician left me in the room waiting for about 30min saying that she couldn't do the session until I paid and that was a package I paid for 6 session and they couldn't find it in the system. At the end they found the prove and I was able to do the session. The most important thing is that I though these sessions were working but they were not. They were only working while I was doing the laser hair removal but after I was done, it was like if I never had this done. This was not my first time doing laser and this has never happened to me. Some employees were nice but some others including the owner, they don't have any customer service. I didn't really have a good experience but what was more important to me was that the sessions did not work.

I've been going to Dr. Ella for a couple years now for Botox and she is incredible! The work she does is fantastic, and very reasonable prices. On top of that her energy is infectious, and she is honest. Do not expect to be up charged or talked into things you don't need. Several of my friends now go to Dr. Ella, and we all get compliments on our skin. I also get chemical peels here and I have loved the result! The office is clean and the staff are so accommodating.

I followed Raquel here from a previous spa because I love her work! She has been doing my facials for years & I highly recommend her. Had the luxury of doing the Hydra facial Glow based on Raquel’s professional opinion and I feel it addressed all of my concerns. Ariel at the front desk was super sweet! Overall, the place was very nice and services reasonably priced. I plan on returning for injections and laser hair removal with Raquel.

I can’t believe it. I had to find out what was going on here due to the comments! As frustratedly stated by other customers, I also bought a Groupon for a tattoo removal. I haven’t completed the process and I have a few sessions left. It looks like Jordan, the woman myself and many others have been working with, has unexpectedly quit. Instead of being a professional about the situation, and issuing refunds, the owner has decided to completely ghost customers and ignore phonecalls. I had no idea what was going on and it sucks that I had to find out by checking out the reviews. I don’t think the owner or anyone else here had treated me terribly, they did a great job greeting me at the door and explaining the process. Overall a friendly atmosphere. Just wish my tattoo was gone!

Honestly one of the best places in Houston to get laser hair removal treatment. I’ve gotten multiple areas treated with them with very positive results. Their package prices are reasonable, and their full body deal is really worth it. They also allow for touch ups for areas previously covered with them at a reasonable price, and I’ve taken advantage of that service multiple times! The staff are very well trained, friendly and professional. I’ve never had to deal with any pushy sales tactics (which is usually common in this kind of business). Instead, they sincerely worked with me to highlight what I was looking for and worked to get me the best package/deal. I’ve referred several of my friends to Renova and they all had very positive experiences as well. Definitely worth the 5/5 star rating!

I received such a warm and friendly welcome at Bella Spa, staff are all absolutely lovely as well as super professional. I had a top BIAB manicure in lime green and a spa pedicure. Decently priced. Will absolutely be returning in future!

Had a fabulous day here. The spa albeit small, was clean, warm and relaxing. The treatment I received was amazing. We arrived at 1030am and were greeted really warmly. Would definitely visit again.

My experience with Madeline is always excellent. She gives reasonable product and treatment recommendations that fit my budget. She also knows when I want to relax and when I need an awesome venting session! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have mixed reviews. I paid for the Celestial Spa Package. Ms. Fitzgerald did my full body massage. I expected a lot more from the service. It felt like a lot of tugging and pulling on my body, rather being relaxing. It wasn’t a deep tissue (press into the skin and massage gently) type of experience I predicted it would have been. Bless her heart; she was so kind and sweet! Brittany came in to do my facial, neck and foot massage. She was wonderful with both. My face felt hydrated and rejuvenated. Her massages were amazing!!! Maybe if I use this spa again, I would see if I could get Brittany to do all of my services!!! My face and chest were brighter and smoother when I left the spa. Brittany also did my spa manicure and pedicure. I guess the manicure and pedicure are more catered to older customers because I didn’t receive the norm of what I would have gotten done at the regular nail salon. Some of the services here, that I received, were mediocre. I truly expected better.

I have gone here several times and seen Ms. Yordanos each time. She is fantastic! Very attentive, really focuses on the areas I need when I've asked, and I have always gotten a great massage. I always leave feeling super relaxed, and the spa itself is so convenient to get to. I will definitely keep going back to her!

I had a facial done with Kayla and I cannot recommend her and this place highly enough! I was having some skin concerns and Kayla created a perfect treatment plan for me. Plus she went above and beyond by helping me figure out the best skincare routine for me. It was an incredible experience and I cannot wait to go back next month!

This was my first experience at Dvida Spa and I have to say, Stephanie is INCREDIBLE! She made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. She cleansed my face before my brow wax and that was an unexpected pleasure for sure. My brows look incredible and I was able to chat with her about laser hair removal for my upper lip because I didn’t know much about the process and was hesitant because of that. We got my first appointment booked for laser and I feel confident in her and the staff at Dvita to take care of me! Excited to continue all my Med Spa service needs here, thank you!

Julie was INCREDIBLE! She was so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I met Doctor Tassy a few days earlier and she was AWESOME too! The girls at the front desk are kind and supportive/on top of things and they even called me when there was a cancellation so I could get in sooner! I can’t wait to come back for my next treatment, I trust this place and I am recommending to my friends !

I had a wonderful experience at Body Restoration Spa and with service provider,Cara. I was a little rushed and frazzled when I arrived because I had gotten lost walking there. The receptionist made me feel comfortable. The spa itself is tranquil and welcoming. Cara went over my focus areas and began my massage. She checked in with me several times during my massage. It has been a year since my last one and she expertly found all my knots and tension. After the service was done,I sat in the inner lounge and enjoyed some refreshing lemon water. While I'm checking out,the receptionist gave me a gift bag because I had mentioned my birthday. Whenever I visit Philly,I will make it a point to have a massage here!

Friendly staff, feels clean. Sauna’s nice and big but glass walled onto busy hallway which isn’t very relaxing. Most of the other facilities - salt room, tepidarium, Laconium etc are a bit gimmicky and unremarkable. The outdoor pool was my favourite part but the view is a bit bleak. Felt really busy when we went, basically a queue for the steam room, hardly any room in the outdoor pool at 3pm on a Thursday. For £80 per person I’d say it wasn’t worth it, more of a £40 experience. Felt a bit let down as it was meant to be a big treat.

Wonderful experience and the prices are great. The couples massage we got at this place was one of the best we've had so far. Myself and my boyfriend try to make it a point to experience different massage businesses, and this one was great. You just have to make sure you call and have an appointment, so that you don't experience long wait times, and that you are clear with that areas you'd like for them to focus on. Other than that, please try them out if you're in the area!

What a beautiful place! You're not only getting a massage here, but cleansing your mind and soul. Right when you enter, you're welcome with beautiful decor and smell. They have a nice sitting area where they offer tea while you fill out the forms. I've been to many spa places, but the message my wife and I received was amazing. They have showers, so you're even more fresh after the massage. Right by the massage rooms, they have a nice area where you can sit and either relax, meditate, and simply find yourself! This room was icing on the cake. We would definitely go back and have already reconnected to our friends and family.

Alison has been doing my Hollywood wax for over 5 years now. She’s thorough, gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. Such a lovely lady too. Hot wax is amazing and very painless. Personally I’ve had minimal hair growth since I’ve been coming to Alison and I leave 4 weeks between each wax. I’m an expectant mother and she makes adjustments to ensure I’m comfortable. I love the care from the therapists and the results of any treatment I have at Mosley haven. Thank you.

I booked an appointment through ClassPass and I was SO impressed. I’ve been looking for a nail salon I would like to frequent in the area and I think I’ve found it! The prices are very reasonable compared to some other locations in the area! The location is easy to find and the space is very clean. Cynthia did a fantastic and relaxing pedicure. I can’t wait to come back :)

I love this spa. There’s free parking and they have a nice relaxation room before your services that is usually very quiet and relaxing. I do wish they had a no talking rule in there as it can get loud if enough people are in there. Complimentary water, wine or champagne is provided. The ladies at reception are very friendly and make check in a very easy process. Nya Holloway makes me feel brand new each and every time. Highly recommend her for a massage. She is the real deal and will get every knot out each time. For facials I recommend Lauren. She is such a sweetheart and makes you feel truly pampered. She took the time to explain each step of what she was doing and educating me along the way. Her scalp massages are also 10/10.

Beautifully decorated, plush, relaxing spa rooms. Lovely therapists, giving lovely treatments. We had facials and reflexology this visit. In the past have had massages too. The little extras are a real treat too

I recommend the 29 again! And to plan your appointment at night, the best way to end the day! My facial was with Lei Melendez, and she was so careful to make sure none of the products had any of my allergies! I highly recommend her! If you want anyone to feel important and valued, then send them a gift card from here!! They also give you tea afterwards! 🤩

Got a spa pedicure done with kadesha. 10/10 service. My nails turned out absolutely lovely. It was very relaxing especially the gentle exfoliation. I am very happy with the service provided by her.

We went on Saturday for my daughter's birthday. The staff were lovely. Own changing room with lockers. Then went to the sauna, followed by full body scrub and then massage. Whole experience was great and good price too. Thoroughly enjoyed it and thoroughly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first time doing any type of cosmetic procedure and Marcy did an AMAZING job on my lip filler! She accomplished everything I asked for and more. She educated me on the different types of fillers and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

I’ve tried other spas in SoCal and I keep coming back to Spa Palace. This spot is open 24 hrs and and you even sleep here if you want but overnight rates cost a bit more. I usually like coming here at night time since there’s less people and it feels more relaxing. There is a private parking garage with valet if you want to valet, but there is also free parking on the side of the building. When you park, you have to take an elevator to go up to the front desk. Service here has always been friendly each time I visit. You can ask so request for a shaver and toothbrush as needed. If you are doing an overnight, they also provide you with a blanket. In the Co-Ed space: I would recommend going into the hot rooms for 10-15 mins each then go to the cold room for at least 5 minutes and rest 10-15 minutes in the co-ed area. Repeat this routine 2-3 times. The co-ed space also has a restaurant that you can purchase food and snacks from. In the Locker room: I would recommend going to the steam mist room, sauna room, rinse, then jacuzzi after. The jacuzzi has 2 heated one and a cold plunge. I would recommend 10-15 mins in the Jacuzzi, then go to the cold plunge and stay in there for a minimum of 30 seconds. Sit and rest in the room for 5-10 minutes and repeat if you want to. Usually I can't take showers or anything cold but whenever I go to Spa Palace, a cold plunge is a must! I like to end my visit here with a cold plunge then shower and go home to sleep. You will be amazed how you feel right after leaving Spa Palace since the cold plunge will actually make you feel better.

I enjoy this spa but miss the cafe and mugwort bath. Reading the other reviews are very accurate. We also notice they randomly shush people so shouldn’t be offended. It’s easy to find light conversation but sublime quiet is the best part of the experience. All sorts of woman come here and I love that, but it has become more and more pricey. Quality is high.

I visited Kabuki on Valentine's day, it was my first time. Becca was at the front desk and was friendly and happy. Leigh gave me a tour and she was just as nice. The facilities are very clean, quiet and calming..Ronnie did my massage and it was wonderful. The pressure was perfect and he had a great technique. Thank you for the all around great experience!

What a cute spa!! I very much enjoyed my time at My Spa Joy from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk was incredibly kind and my massage was amazing!! My person was so personable and gave the best services. I did the head, neck, shoulders with peppermint and I left feeling so good. I can't wait to try other services! Truly a one stop shop!

Received a solid massage at Rescue Spa to celebrate some life events. Definitely wasn't a "luxurious" massage, rather much more a deep tissue healing experience. Good time overall, but I'd go back for a facial and not a massage next time.

I had a relaxing time at the spa. Claire was very friendly and warm. The massage was perfect and I still feel the benefit few days later. I definitely recommend it.

Cayla and the staff at Fuschia were wonderful. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze and my custom facial was amazing. So relaxing and my skin looks amazing. I already made my next appointment! Can’t wait to go back for another facial and try other services.

The cost is on the higher side. The massage was okay, but I paid for a scalp massage that I never received, and that left me quite disappointed. Despite this, I'd consider returning to the hotel for its incredible pool and facilities, although the spa didn't live up to my expectations.

I have been a client of Renew for over 10 years. Louise and her team are exceptional. I am always greeting warmly, usually by Louise and my appointments and services with Heather are outstanding. Heather is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and has a great eye for aesthetics. We are always in collaboration and the final product is reflected in the 10 years I have been coming back to her and to Renew. I would highly recommend Renew Beauty Spa and Wellness.

Worst massage I've ever had and I've had quite a few at various beauty salons and spas. I thought I'll try this place out but I really regret this now. I wanted a relaxing massage to relieve some tension in my back. The therapist seemed to not know what she was doing. When she was massaging my back, she only did the right side but not the left. She was pressing gently with her thumbs and lightly stroking my back which didn't do anything. She didn't even use any relaxing oils. I definitely would not be returning.

I highly recommend Dr. Drew Varano and his staff for anyone seeking laser procedures, Btx, and filler treatments. Their precision, responsibility, and ability to deliver natural and quick results are truly exceptional. Dr. Varano's great sense of proportions, attention to detail, and light hand ensure that you will get amazing results ! Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

What a great place! The owner Helen is very sweet and helpful and gave good information on what would be needed and getting good discounts for services. Denise has performed IPL and micro needling on me and I can't say enough about how excellent her work is and she is so nice! Make sure you go, you won't be sorry. ( There membership plans are definitely worth it).

I received my first Ultherapy treatment today with Rachel and I was so nervous. She was very informative and explained the entire process to ease my anxiety. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Revive. Their entire staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. I was nervous to get injections because it was my first time ever, and Danielle helped me feel so comfortable with the process. She answered every question with knowledge and expertise, and I’ve now gone back to her 3 times! She really knows how to make me feel confident, and it looks so natural, can’t say enough good things about her!

First time customer, went in for a cut and style with a 1 hr swedish massage. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Waiting area was filled with many people and they offered complimentary drinks, which was nice. Taylor cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I love my refreshed and healthy look. Heather did my massage and she did amazing as well. Even though I have "crunchy" (full of knots) shoulders, I left feeling much more relaxed and my shoulders felt like I was able to let them down a bit. I am planning on visiting again when the time comes. Thank you to Taylor and Heather for such a great job.

Carole was super patient with me and informative, she knows a lot about the coolsculpting process & doesn't pressure me to buy more or upsell me on things I don't need. I have neck pain & she brought in a bunch of different pillow options to help make sure I was comfortable since it was a 4+ hour long appointment. The front desk staff were really kind, patient & followed up with me when I requested. My first appointment there I did wait 20 minutes or so, I’m not sure who I was scheduled to see but I asked the front desk how much longer & they linked me up with Carole right away

This was my second visit to CRMC. Zara does a great job with my Botox. No heavy lids at all. This visit I had Zara fill my lips just for some definition. I did not want big lips. Zara made them perfect! I could not be happier with them. I also had Radiesse put in my cheeks. I think that’s my favorite of everything I had done. It really helped give some volume to my face. All in all the perfect refresh! Thank you Zara!

I have been going to the beauty lounge for a few months now and the service is outstanding. Always every welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. I had few of their treatments from eyebrow threading, facials, nails and at the moment am having my full face laser. Sam is very professional and takes great care with your treatment.(puts in the little touches). All the staff are amazing make you feel at ease. I love how bright it is inside. Everyone is so kind, every time I come in I am always asked if I’d like a water. The specialists are also all great and incredibly friendly! They do an extraordinarily great job when it comes to waxing and massages. I will always bring my services to them. I recommend them to ALL my friends! ❤️

ESPA is one of my favorite spa’s in london and they didn’t disappoint for my sister’s birthday spa day treat. They surprised her with a beautiful gift as well! The thermal room is heaven and the masseuses have healing hands to help ease of stress. We left feeling truly pampered and rejuvenated! Thank you to the team!

Spa Castle was my favorite place. I have been here a few times with my family before the pandemic. Spa Castle has now reopened. I was disappointed with everything. Not only are outdoor swimming pools not open, but most facilities are currently closed. Moreover, there was no one to clean the floor, so it became very dirty. Additionally, there are no hair dryers, shorts, or body lotions. The water in the hot tub is not hot. It looks completely different from the good old Spa Castle. Don't come here thinking about that time. Don't come here. Don't waste $120 per person. I don't know why the prices here are so high.

I had to park in the garage which was not far from the spa. The employees were nice from the beginning to the end. I had a 12pm appointment soon as I got there I was seen which is amazing. The lady who gave me my massage was incredible she made sure no oils got in my hair. It was very relaxing after my massage I was seated in a relaxing area where the employee brought me mimosas and they sung Happy Birthday with a mini cake (which was not of my liking) also had chocolates. I would recommend this place and I would come back again service was 10/10. I also left with mini scrubs and a birthday card from the employees.

Nice sent Sunday mid day here. It was quiet,lady at the reception super sweet and helpfull. I didn't took any pictures inside the Thermsl spa as at the end cane here to relax and wanted to respect the others there. Changing room bit old but fairly clean. You can find here lockers,showers,hair dryers but also GHD straighteners. You getting to use a robe,Bath towel and flip flops. The foot spa was out of order which I wasn't informed during the booking. Beside all was as expected and good quality comparing to the price

Just had a wonderful Signature Thai Retreat: 60 minutes Thai massage and 30 minutes Foot Massage. The woman at the front desk listened to my medical issues and recommended Patrick. He was excellent: a true healer. Very powerful but skilled. Every joint in my body feels relaxed and released. I have had many Thai massages over the years and this is one of the best. I always try to come to Thai Square Spa when visiting London. They are truly excellent!

My time here was amazing! The staff was friendly. The entire spa was clean, with a relaxing atmosphere and decor. I had the 60 minute Clinical Massage and my masseuse was soft spoken and kind. I never had to ask him to adjust the pressure but he did check in with me. He used hot towels multiple times which felt amazing and had a warm cucumber water waiting me after the massage was done. I sat in the dry sauna for 10 minutes at the end and left feeling relaxed and happy. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
