I’m happy with my experience with Royal Auto. I got my dream car so I really couldn’t be happier. They even let me borrow their big red bow for my first picture! I searched for a good while for a 2013 Mini Cooper S and this was the prettiest one I had seen in my favorite color for these cars. It was out of my budget when I first went to look at it and it was hard to walk away from such a beautiful car. Ken called me back about a week later and said he spoke to his manager Christian and he wanted to work a deal. I was happy with the numbers and went to get my dream car! I should have checked the oil before I got the car because it was VERY low like dangerously low and it made my check engine light come on. I did lots of research before buying a mini coooer and I did know that they consume a lot of oil so I did expect these things.. just not on my first drive home. They could have been a bit more proactive about checking these things first before selling a car but I don’t completely blame them, because I should have checked it. I’m sure they would have topped it off if they had known it was so low. Overall I’m super happy with my purchase. The social media managers name has slipped my mind but he was amazing as well during my test drive and everything. Props to him for having such a great attitude he seems truly happy and loving his job and cars. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience buying from Royal Auto Dealer in Azusa. Christian helped us purchase our new (to us) Subaru Crosstrek and walked us step by step through the process without making us feel pressured to buy. We got an amazing deal on a great car and were out with the keys in under 2 hours start to finish. Thank you Christian and the other helpful employees at RAD!
