I recently purchased my new Audi Q5 Hybrid car from Liverpool Audi. I would highly recommend the Team here, they were all very friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy at all. From the reception team giving a warm welcome on arrival, to Dominic in finance helping explain all the paperwork and David who overseen the purchase for us. Tierney David was our salesman, and he was very helpful with the sale from start to finish, running through options for the vehicle, explaining each one before the order was placed. When I collected the car, he gave a great handover, setting up my phone and running though all setting and controls on the car, nothing was to much trouble for him. Car is superb and purchased for a fair price, am a very happy customer! Thanks Team Audi Liverpool 😊

I had to take my Audi Q3 into Liverpool Audi last week as I had a number of problems. These were resolved and I must make special mention of The manager ,Steve Robinson who went out of his way to make the experience a good one. Really pleased with the service and felt valued as a long term repeat customer...can I also mention Jenna for her customer service. Would recommend Liverpool Audi.

The customer service is all rubbish. When you chose car and go next day the car will be different (colour, series) etc. Not even picking the call and when you are giving money then they are very polite. But once you pay then, they Don't even respond and talk to you in a good way. They will take your phone number and then they will not call you back for ages. I am completely disappointed and still waiting for my refund.
