I went to Toyota of Dallas after being called by Carlos Rojas, I had been to 2 other dealers trying to get a 2024 tacoma and both had told me we were miles apart from a cash deal and nothing could be done. But Carlos made it happen, Carlos was always keeping great communication and when my order of an SR was delayed he worked with me to get me into a better model at what was still a more than fair price! Amazing and hassle free no pressuring sales tactics whatsoever! The perfect experience

I bought my first ever car from them. It was a straightforward and smooth process because of Rafi. I submitted an online request, and he contacted me immediately and listened to what I wanted. Even though I lived 2 hours away from Dallas, it was a great decision to drive there and buy it. I went there with my mom as she was visiting me from another country, but she felt very nice because of Rafi’s friendly behavior and taking care of her all the time during all the paperwork, and I left her alone at the showroom to return my rental car at Hertz. From the bottom of my heart thank you, Rafi. I would highly recommend everyone who’s looking for a new vehicle to contact Rafi at Toyota of Dallas, and you will experience the same that I experienced. I got what I was looking for and also in what budget I was looking for. Also, their finance rate was the best. Once again, Rafi, thank you; you are the best salesperson I ever met, with such a great personality and understanding.

I went to Toyota of Dallas because there was a used Subaru I wanted to see and test drive and Francisco Gutierrez did a great job of helping me out! I actually ended up test driving 3 cars there so I could get a better comparison and ultimately felt more confident in my decision to go with purchasing my Subaru Forester (which I absolutely love). Francisco was very patient with me and spent about 2.5 hours helping me as I was debating which vehicle to go with. I wasn’t planning to initially purchase anything that day, but they worked with me to get a fair deal and decent interest rate (as decent as they can be right now). Great service overall and would recommend!
