Honda of Downtown Chicago is top notch! My son and I spent several weeks looking at different new and used cars and dealing with a variety of different car dealers. We finally found a 2021 Honda Civic that my son really liked at Honda of Downtown Chicago. Upon arriving we met Joey Trad who was very personable and down to earth unlike most of the car salesmen we had previously dealt with. After some brief negotiation, we were able to come to an agreement, however, we weren't able to take the car home right away. Joey made sure it was washed and detailed when we arrived to pick it up the next day. We also dealt with John and Thomas while finishing up the paperwork. Both displayed professionalism, and genuine regard during the process. Overall it was a pleasurable experience, and I would highly recommend them to someone looking to purchase a vehicle. Job Well Done!

I have been receiving multiple calls and text to bring my vehicle in for maintenance so I made an appointment. My vehicle has been stalling with an error message stating Accessory lock. I called and explained that I would need to drop my vehicle off early as I had another appointment. The receptionist stated that it was fine to drop my car off early. Upon arriving I was told that I had to wait for the service person. The person helping me, Darius, explained that I would have to wait until I was checked in and diagnostic test had been run. I continued to explain that I had a very important appointment that I had to make it to and that I already explained that to the person I spoke to when making the appointment. Darius went on to explain that he had to check me in first and that I had to have this diagnostic test completed before I could leave. He then went on to tell me that the test would cost me $200 even though I’ve had my vehicle less than a year. I also purchased my vehicle from this location. I had every warranty available for this vehicle so why wouldn’t a diagnostic test be included in that. I left to make my other appointment, but called to speak with a manager. Of course the manager was not available, but the receptionist explained that the system for warranties has been out for weeks so there is no way to verify whether or not my vehicle would be covered. She went on to explain that if I still wanted my car to be serviced that I would have to pay that $200 fee. I’ve owned several vehicles and I’ve never been charged a $200 diagnostic fee. This is a complete ripoff.

I highly recommend asking for Gerardo once you get here. His customer service was amazing we had no complaints made us feel welcome. Thanks to Gerardo we found our Honda Civic Sports.
