Great swimming pool! Went there without a membership/pre-booked on the app and need to pay 4 pounds and need to bring 1 pound coin for the locker. The pool and the changing rooms are clean, equipped with hairdryers and wetsuit dryer machine. Just hope they provide a proper closed shower room. Some parts of the big pool are too shallow for me. Not too crowded on Saturday afternoon.
First time there very clean and the staff helpful. Did the aquafit and booked again really enjoyed it, nice friendly group. Instructor gave a great class
Fuming 0/5 for me, rang last year to register baby for swimming was informed to wait till January as they will be doing a first come first served basis. After nearly a month of trying today I find out its the waiting list priority… if theres that much interest maybe consider getting more funding for staff to open more classes and ideally stop giving hopes to people because we have cancelled with our previous swimming lessons to we aren’t double booking. Total joke😡
Beautiful location. Greenery all around and a big ground next to it. A big parking space as well. It has gym, swimming pool, space for indoor games, etc. Quiet big to let enough quantity of people allowed in at a time. They also offer different types of discounts.
Awful management of the 4G facilities by VOLAIR. Complained numerous times about kids coming on the pitch on bikes and verbally abusing the players. Needing to increase safeguarding levels shouldn’t be the case. No where else to go that isn’t managed by VOLAIR - awful communication. Simple solution to manage the 4G by having security on the gate not even considered …
Well I haven't been, but judging on how incompetent and abrupt the person is who I emailed for information is, I'm not sure I want to. Just because you are council led, does not mean you have to be rude. Private is the only way I think.
Great little softplay. I have a one year old and a seven year old, they both had a good run about not too big for the little one. You can get a cake / lunch / coffee from the little cafe. I have always found the staff at the leisure centre to be friendly and helpful.
Great place to practice indoor sport. Played badminton with a group of friends and had great games. 1.65 GBP per hour (with no membership) Will definitely come back.
I have been a frequent user of the gym here for a few years and I'm happy with my membership. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Good showers. Lockers in the changing room are great without need for padlocks or awkward keys with plenty of room, enough for full motorcycle gear. Used the courts and swimming pool on occasion and been happy with the process. Gym kit is fantastic, great selection of machines and free weights. 4 squat racks mean you can always get on one rarely having to wait long. Staff could be more vigilant to keep on top the small things. On occasion, paper towels and provided spray run out. I mention it to staff who are usually happy to help, sometimes I've left nearly an hour later without them being replenished. Cleanliness can be an area for concern, I've mentioned to staff and emailed about especially concerning displays of poor hygiene which don't get addressed, some lockers in the changing room have been dirty for months. The lack of an operational sauna is very disappointing considering the recently installed one is determined too expensive to run. It's the main element making me consider leaving Glasgow Club for a gym that offers one. I am so happy otherwise I'll be staying for the foreseeable.
A nice 2 little pools. No slides or anything. The smaller pool was closed on arrival but opened just before our time slot finished. The pool was a bit cold getting in & took about 15 minutes for me to warm up. They have hairdryers, nice warm showers & swimsuit dryer available for free use. Only reason I give it 4 starts is that neither males or females should be forced to share changing/showering facilities.

Great pool for any age. Good changing rooms, clean showers. The gym is small, unfortunately, the choice of machines leaves much to be desired, but basic training with free weights you can still do it here. Every weekend I see children's birthday parties here with inflatable obstacle courses.

Dirty gym with lazy staff. In the gym area staff either hideaway or sit in a stool disengaged. Weights are never put away properly and you'll often have to go on a hunt for the weights you need. Broken equipment is left out for customers to use. Staff stand round talking to each other and act unprofessional. ......don't waste your time.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Shelly the manager. The leisure centre is in disgusting conditions with very limited amount of showers running as peak times. Long wait and queues to get a shower. Changing rooms are horrible. They don't communicate the terms and conditions effectively to you when joining. Their t&c communicated to me was 1 month calender notice however this isn't the case. Your one month notice has to fall in line with the day your direct debit payment is deducted. They don't pro rata the last payment to reflect the time in which you give notice of cancellation!!!

Cocks Moors Woods Roller Disco Fantastic facilities and so children/family friendly. The indoor skating is indoors (badminton courts), pass the gym and cafe. Staff are approachable and friendly. Amble free parking outside. Sunday session, the skate session starts at 3:45pm till 5:15pm and cash only. The staff are always available to give advice and help. The session has a great party atmosphere( lights are turn off and disco lights switched on) Skaters will skate in both directions (anti clockwise- clockwise every 10mins) Music ranges from pop chart to rock music. Ages for skaters start from 5yrs old and plenty of skates (quads and inlines ) to hire. £6:00p entry and £1:00p to hire skates if needed

This review is only about the swimming pool facilities and so doesn't reflect on other facilities this venue has on offer. That said the swimming pool itself isn't bad. It is reasonably clean although I have seen lumps of hair at the bottom of the pool on more than one occasion. The problem is in the cleanliness of the surrounding areas. Firstly some people leave their belongings next to the pool. Trainers, bags, jackets. In that same area swimmers walk and enter the pool. Parents watching their children on the stands pass through this same area in street footwear. The same parents accompany children to the showering facilities. There are solutions like different entrance and exit for people watching or disposable slip on shoe covers. It seems that there is a lack of money invested. The changing cabinets are filthy. In all my visits I have never seen a cleaner. To sum up a long story short, really poor effort on the swimming pool side of things.

Old but astonishing and in its own way beautiful centre. Spa very good, though lack of signage means visitors do not use it appropriately. No towels used in sauna, slippers inside sauna, people jumping into cold bath without prior showering off of sweat. These things could be easily solved. Fro t reception (not spa) could be more welcoming and friendly.

It's under refurbishment so although open,lots closed and limitations as to what you can do, the reception staff are quite unwelcoming and butch, mainly one. The soft play is such a big space but has barely anything in it, it had a few soft building pads,a large entertaining connect four stand up unit and a tiny ball pit with lots of balls...and that's it..needless to say my child got bored after 20minutes, and we lasted 30 mins, don't know that I'd go back.
