We have just returned from a trip to Palestine with Royal Travel and CMA and the service has been superb from start to finish. It was an amazing trip and the team that accompanied us went over and beyond to make us comfortable and help us throughout. They were friendly and approachable especially Br Waseem. The hotel was lovely, the itinerary was well put together, we had a team dinner provided by Royal Travel which was outstanding. A fabulous adventure with wonderful memories. We would absolutely recommend Royal Travel.
Just booked holiday of a lifetime with Trailfinders to Australia and Newzealand. All went well with actual booking process but of course the test is sadly when something goes wrong. Unfortunately our luggage did not arrive with us and although we booked and paid Trailfinders to organise the trip they have left it with ourselves to sort out saying they will not be contacting Emirates. The first day of our 5 days in Sydney has been ruined and we still don’t have our luggage. Looks like this will continue into tomorrow. We have had to cancel an excursion today snd possibly tomorrow as well. Unfortunately seems there was little point in booking through Trailfinders. I would have been as well booking myself as they we y have left us with it.
Extremely disappointed and frankly annoyed at the service we received here today. Having used Trailfinders for our trip to California last year, which was excellent, we were very excited to come in and plan our trip to Australia for next January. All we really wanted today was some advice and guidance on planning our route as we knew we were too early for flight prices. Considering the fantastic service we received previously, we were confident that Trailfinders would be able to help us out again. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We completely understand that not having the flights available can make things slightly more difficult, but as soon as we mentioned the dates to our agent, we felt that they instantly checked out and were not interested in helping us. We knew roughly the places we wanted to go to but having never been to Australia before we really needed some professional advice on figuring out the smaller details. From the moment we sat down, we were made to feel very unwelcome, uncomfortable and almost an inconvenience. When we came in last year, we were also too early for the flights, but the agent we spoke with then was really helpful in planning our route, giving us advice and even offered to call us when the flights became available - which is all we really wanted this time. However, we felt that the agent we saw today was very dismissive and even negative towards us, which is the last thing I was expecting when we would be potentially spending thousands of pounds with yourselves. All in all we were sat at their desk for about 10 minutes before they ended the conversation by referring us to the brochure which we had already looked at before coming into the store. We left the store today feeling deflated and not full of the excitement you would expect to feel after discussing a trip of a lifetime. We will not be using you for this trip or any other trip in future.

After visiting Hayes Braehead where we couldnt get anything better than we found ourself online (Basically served by a "Computer says NO kinda girl" we popped into Barrhead Travel and had a welcoming greeting from Edward who quickly found us what we required and also price matched an online quote. He was partially assisted by Emma and they both had us sorted and happy within 10 minutes. (Gural 5* in Belek) Great service and we are now booking another holiday just now with Edward while we are still on holiday. Great staff that wont just offer you any old rubbish. Thanks
Just back from an amazing NC500 trip. Besides being a great driver, Danny has an outstanding knowledge of the history, the scenery and has a great sense of humour. Both the Station Hotel in Thurso and the Gairloch Hotel were nice with great food selection at breakfast and dinner. Don't forget your dancing shoes at home as Gairloch Hotel offers evening entertainment and has a dance floor. Unforgettable trip with beautiful scenery. We got much more experiences, visited more places that was advertised and that we hoped for. Thank you for the wonderful trip.
