This driver Ali was absolutely brilliant, I am on a ventilator and palliative care and shouldn’t leave the house but I had to, he waited for me to come out of my house, went to the cash machine for me . I would like you to tell him that I have given him a good review and he deserves some acknowledgment from your company. I have used a lot of TAXI’S and he is literally one of the best drivers I have had. He was extremely helpful, polite, caring very empathetic. His vehicle was very clean and smelt fresh he clearly ensures that for his passengers. Ali is an excellent employee who takes care of his passengers, treats them with respect and kindness and is very conscientious about his work and the welfare of his passengers. I am very impressed and grateful for all his assistance this morning. If it is at all possible for any future trips I might have to take that he could be able to pick me up it would be amazing.

I was very anxious about travelling alone for the first time but this company made it so quick and easy. The drivers were great at making me feel at ease and comfortable, especially my driver Harry on the way home who checked in regularly and kept me up to date with arrival time. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Up until today I’ve had a good relationship with this service. The taxi drivers are friendly and helpful however I was left waiting for an hour during which i repeatedly rang up and was assured someone was on their way whilst waiting with my toddler and it was getting very late. When I rang up the last time the lady said actually sorry they’ve not got anyone in the area so they totally wasted my time. I wouldn’t use them again unless I was willing to wait a very long time.
Great value service, received a text the day before from our driver Curtis to confirm the booking, arrived right on time and delivered us to the terminal door. Car was spotless, overall a great experience. Will definitely use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Booking was easy, booked 2 days prior, payment also easy. Received lots of update emails. The driver arrived early, and messaged to say were early and where they had parked. Very clean car, respectable driver. He even returned with my glasses as I'd left them in the car!
I had a really bad experience with Amber cars and would not recommend it. I booked IN ADVANCE a taxi and asked them at what time it would be best to pick me up so that I don’t miss my train. Everything was settled until the day when my taxi showed up 20min late. I missed my train (no refund, I had to pay one at the train station so it cost me lots of money). Moreover, the taxi driver had the audacity to tell me that I will be having a “terrible journey ahead of me” when it’s basically his fault for not picking me up on time. He made me pay 30£ even though I missed my train and basically failed the only reason why I booked a taxi in the first place. I should have taken the bus. Don’t accept in-advance journeys if you cannot meet the customer requirements. It is simply honesty.
I've used Arrow for years but tonight I deleted the app. I tried to get a taxi with them last at new year and couldn't. Tried tonight and the app just kept saying confirming your booking and did nothing. I ordered an Uber and by the time it had turned up and taken my in laws back to their hotel, Arrow rung me to say they were outside. They used to be amazing but I'm really not sure what's happened to them.
Over a period of a few weeks, we had 4 bookings with Raz Private Hire. The booking and confirmation process was easy and clear. Absolutely fantastic service. My flight was late arriving at Glasgow and the driver kept checking the flight and arrived at the pickup point as soon as we exited the terminal. No delays at all. On the return leg, we wanted picked up earlier and they had a taxi 5 minutes after I called. Driver kept us up to date on where he was and where he could pick us up. Their service was exemplary. Fantastic service and would highly recommend them.
Great driver, friendly and fun. This company was rated as much more reliable than others and they delivered. Make sure to pay at least 24 hours in advance and you won't have any issues. Well worth the cost for the piece of mind. When you have a flight to make, this is your best bet in Manchester.

Perfect location for our meeting (one coming from the north, one from the west, one from London by train, and me, on a flight). Steven, Adam and Miranda looked after us superbly - the facilities are everything you need for a meeting (wifi, food, coffee, screens, whiteboards etc.) and the place is spotless and modern. A little bit tricky to find from the terminal, so go outside of the terminal from the Emirates departures and take a left and it's just arounbd the corner. Overall, a flawless experience from booking through to leaving. Everything we asked for we got. Will definitely use again.

I wouldn't trust this firm again due to unreliability. I booked on the online booking service with over 24 hours' notice for a Saturday night and received confirmation. They then called me half an hour before my booked time the next day to say they had "no cars in the area" and leaving me as a woman on my own trying to find another taxi at 11pm. A friend had previously warned me about this happening to her with Cheetah Cars, so it appears to be common.
