Really love the Prima. Our first cruise was nothing but magical. The food was great and we loved the indulge food hall. Smaller portions mean we could try more food. Other restaurants were great but the small portions at indulge was really a highlight. We love to try all the food but don’t always want a whole meal. Activities were great! Will be cruising again with NCL soon!

Overall: 4 day, 3 night Keywest, MSC private island cruise, departed 26 July 2024. MSC is a step up from Carnival but can’t compare in cleanliness, service and amenities to Royal Caribbean who we have come accustomed to cruising with. The airlines have Spirit, the cruise lines have Carnival and MSC. Lows: Right out the gate we had a room that wasn’t well vacuumed, and a tv the wasn’t connected to the ship channels, and there are no phone numbers listed any where in your room that you can call for service. The bar service was horrible (I considered applying for social security benefits while awaiting a beverage) which made the unlimited drink package a useless purchase. The sub par air conditioning in the room especially at night was lacking with an outdated useless thermostat(see pic). The food was middle of the road. The MSC private island only had several spots and beaches open when we visited, with multiple beaches and bars closed. Highs: The stop at Key West and the MSC private island were long enough to enjoy the open amenities. The theatre shows were good. This cruise was cheap. Staff were friendly. We got a deal on this cruise and are reminded you get what you pay for. The next time you see me on an MSC cruise is if another ship I am on has an emergency and we have to board MSC for survival.

Straightener was marked for $32.99 and rang up for $49.99 asked them to respect the price I saw it for like they do at ANY other store I should know cuz I’ve worked at a couple of stores and manager said no because kids switch products around when there was multiple items not just 1 or 2 she gave attitude and complained she’s had to fix multiple items throughout the store like it’s not her job to do so or like it was my fault, HORRIBLE customer service and management skills. Cashier Alma was super sweet about the whole situation though since she was the third party involved since manager couldn’t speak to me directly even though I was standing right in front of her!

My order was sent to an old address that is NOT my default address and I had received an order from ASOS at my current address just a week prior without any issue so why this time was it sent to the wrong address!?!? Never have I ever had such a difficult time trying to get a hold of someone to speak with regarding an order issue. The "live chat" is useless!!! There is no way for me to amend or cancel the order and now someone else will have my package and I will get no refund since they demand their product back in order to refund any money. I am highly disappointed in my most recent exchange with ASOS. This company is a joke now, I've been giving them my business for over 10 years but now I will not be a returning customer. I hope ASOS loses all clientele and has to close its doors for good. Pathetic!

Terrible customer service, entitled agents, they act as if they are doing a favor to customers. I tried to purchase 4 tickets from DR to Barcelona with a tax exemption I have and the agent kept giving me a crazy quote -way higher than the one I had on line-. She just said that if I wanted that rate, I should buy it over the app. I left and got my 4 tickets with taxes but still 25% cheaper than the price she provided. She just didn’t want to do their job with my tax exemption. Awful service and there is no one else who is in charge or willing to help.

Staying in Folly Beach and this is the closest Starbucks. It was a Sunday morning and the drive-thru was insane. We went inside to order. Great seating spaces. Staff was old school Starbucks style---great, great customer service. Oh....and Cinnamon Dolce Latte is BACK!!!!!!!!!

My favorite thing here is the Chicken Caesar. Coffee is great but it’s an especially delicious salad!

The car was great but the company was horrible. I thought I caught a deal but it turned out to be a bait and switch. I would have been better off renting from a major provider. Car pick up was over two and a half hours and the price was over double what I thought I was booking it for. The staff was extremely rude and there was only one person at the counter to handle the check out. Never again! Lesson learned!

I’m at SJC. There are 13 people in line at the Fox rental car line. Each takes about 10 minutes to check in. There are near zero at all the other rental lines combined. I’ve rented from Fox consistently over the last two years. This is my last time until you get phone based check in.

I've had credit challenges in the past I explained to them my situation. I have a loan on a motorcycle that I've had for a year and a car for my lady also for a year. never late on time on either. I have a retirement check coming in June that I was going to use and have the payment automatically withdrawn from that account. YOU CAN NOT GET EVERYONE APPROVED. At least not without an unreasonable down payment and an even more unreasonable monthly payment. my credit is my fault but I've worked hard to get it back to a reasonable score.

Thanks to Don and the entire customer service team for always making the trip a great experience. Most recently Don helped me and I'm thankful for his help and attention to detail which saved me some $. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the product and discount opportunities which resulted in buying a great product at an even better price! Thanks again for your professionalism, Don! I really appreciate it. 10/10 experience

Great food and service. The place is beautiful. Gorgeous decore and landscaping. We sat outside and it felt like we were in Italy. Our waiters Stephanie went above and beyond attending our table. She was amazing!

Went with my mother in law and two young children. Staff at front desk was very nice and accommodating, making sure we got to a lane with bumpers despite the place being very busy. They took their time with us to make sure the kids had the right sized shoes and switched them out happily until we got it right. The woman at the front desk was extra nice to my daughter, coming to see her score, and even taking a song request by her for Taylor Swift. Great place, great fries, great bowling!

5 stars for sure! I had a great experience with West Shore home redoing an upstairs bathroom. Start to finish, the communication exceeded anything I have experienced among any other contractors I have had bidding on other work needed around my home. Bobby in sales set the tone, he was (is) friendly, courteous and respectful. The 2 installers, Ben and Paul were also just as friendly and respectful, they stayed in communication throughout the 2 day project. I would certainly ask for all 3 of them anytime. Went buy to get some pretzel bread to go with soup for dinner, got the pretzel braided bread. Came with directions and bag of salt, did what it said in the oven for few minutes,and was delicious, warm and tasty. Great with soup for a more hearty meal. There were seats inside and out with a nice selection of beer to enjoy while there. Parking: You can park in front if shop

Taken my last two vehicles here for all the maintenance. The entire team has been awesome. Purchased our tires from Delta and they always take care of us when we have any problems. Today they pulled a screw out of my tire, repaired it and fixed my taillight. Service is always quick and great.

This review is for Clearcover car insurance. The people that handled my claim were Chris, Jessica and Michelle. This was absolutely the best experience dealing with a claim with Clearcover. I had never been in an accident before but on April 23, 2024, which was last week, I was in a very bad car-deer collision and didn’t even know where to begin. After I left the hospital, I went on the app and filed my claim. Not even two hours after I filed the claim on the app Chris with clearcover was In touch with me by phone. At 7:45 the next morning, Jessica called me and asked how I was doing. She then walked me through the process of getting my medical bills paid. Michelle has been helpful with the total loss department and immediately emailed me the documents I needed when I requested them. I have spoke to Chris almost every day since then, and he has helped me gather what I needed and guided me the whole way. They are even helping me with my gap insurance and seeing my claim all the way to the end without abandoning me. They issued the check for my damages today and it’s only been a week since the accident. I don’t understand people and their negative reviews and by reading them it looks like they are making those negative reviews due to their own fault. Not clearcover’s fault. This has been remarkable for me and my family to have Clearcover and I have zero regrets with using them moving forward. Thank you to all that helped me and you guys made this so easy to handle. I can’t thank you enough.

Our recent 5-day Celebrity cruise was a delight. The culinary experience was excellent, with a wide variety of exquisite dishes that catered to every taste. The craft cocktails were expertly mixed and provided a perfect way to unwind each evening. The entire trip was a blend of relaxation and indulgence, making it a memorable vacation with good friends.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! This place was recommended by my insurance and had mostly good reviews from what I could find. Customer experience could not have been worse. Tried to deliver me a repair that was incomplete and horrendously painted. Every alignment was off, hardware was missing, the paint had the worst orange peel. Was told 2 new headlights, when I looked only 1 was “new” and both had heavy condensation. It was unbelievable that was considered a finished job. After the redo of the job, it is still mediocre at best. And was charged a second time for them to fix their own mistakes. Poor alignment, hood hardware still missing, paint still not correct, headlights are cross eyed and not aligned, bumper has poor fitment still. An 8 day job quote turned into over a month wait for mid grade workmanship. Hit my insurance for more than $10,000 for subpar workmanship after nearly doubling the estimate. Absolutely do not go to this body shop, cannot dissuade you enough. Do not let this happen to you.

SUPER FUN PLACE! Went here for a cousin’s birthday and my son LOVED IT! SO MUCH FUN and SO many different athletic things for little kids to play on, climb on, and jump off of here! Super safe and super fun for little kiddos! We had a blast! You can literally spend HOURS here! Great place to take the family to! Was very clean and had pleasant workers. 😁👍

This “park” is surrounded by a water treatment facility and a mining site. Construction pipes everywhere. Tough walk down a rocky hillside covered in spiders to get to the “beach” which is big enough for 4 people. Definitely not a return spot for us!

Lovely venue for a wedding in the Manor 1800s there were so many areas that you can rent for an event. Indoors or outdoors under a tent, they even have 2 for a larger party. Under the old oak tree, in front of the Potomac River views are espectacular...Gardens flowers its so romantic with gardens !! Will revisit and recommend!

Loving lakeside over the past few years! Amazing office team, they’re always quick and happy to help. Shout out to Maija, a wonderful and welcoming property manager. Maintenance team is also amazing, quick turn around times and gets the job done right. Thanks Rex and Nick!
