We had a GREAT experience with Cappstone! They were super responsive - the rep came out to give me a quote the same week I inquired about their services. The quality was great. Let me tell you, our offices are OLD and probably never deep cleaned. Cappstone was able to get us to a normal cleanliness level after just one cleaning, and I didn't see anything really missed. I thought the value was good too. I will definitely keep them in mind for annual cleaning at our annexes.
We had our kitchen remodeled, there was dust in the kitchen and surrounding rooms. It was very dusty and I was nervous the construction dust may have permanently affected our carpets and furniture. Excellent job! They showed up on time with three workers and did a very thorough deep cleaning. The estimate of the time it would take to clean our home was on point and I feel like the price was worth the quality of the work. Worst job I ever worked for, would not recommend this company for employment this company is not professional supervisor from Fresno Ca name Norma has no leadership as a supervisor, HR when sending her an email she doesn’t respond on a timely manner , Supervisor can have the place dirt then tell another employee it’s okay we will have the night crew do it while the day shift clocks back in from lunch and still go back inside and sit some more from lunch to still company hrs instead of working. Even staff from Ulta says day shift employees from LJ’s are sitting in the office not doing anything and that’s why there garbage don’t get dumped by the end of the morning shift. There’s so much more to say but doesn’t fit all in this review. Warning don’t work here nor hire this company to do the job not worth your time and stress with this employer.And I told the supervisor in day shift who ever didn’t change the soap should get a write up and she comes up with some lame excuse well Norma can let the employees know why she didn’t change them I have proof check out the photos it’s a shame and she got the nerve to say she loves her job, of course she does because Norma gets away with a lot and blames others for her lack of work. LJ’s should do there investigation.
I hired Morfin to clean my 6-unit condo building's front carpeted stairs. The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 1:30-2:00pm but did not arrive until 3:45pm. I did not get an updated ETA and had to reach out to Morfin to ask if the team was still coming. The staff member who came was very nice and did all of the specific things I pointed out, but I realized after he left that he had not cleaned the baseboards (I didn't specifically ask for this as I thought it was included), the window sills were still a little dirty (though it looked like he had done a quick wipe) and he had not vacuumed the top landing of the carpeted stairs, which he may not have seen. Giving 3 stars because the price is good and communication with the admin of the company was always quick, but I expected more attention to detail from staff and would hope that scheduled services would arrive on time, or at least let me know they were going to be late.
I am thrilled about how clean my work space is. I have noticed the entire campus is cleaner than ever. HiShine even paid attention to corners, window sills and baseboards. They are not afraid to work hard. I met some of their team their first day and they were professional, friendly and did not seem afraid of a long list. Everything looks and smells clean. I’m relieved there is an absence of strong chemical scents too! My boss and leadership team hired them and I’m grateful. It makes me feel like I’m worth the effort when I walk into a clean work area. The dining room is also much more welcoming after they clean it daily. This sort of high standard will help everyone take care of our school.

We use Spotless Cleaning Chicago for the regular weekly cleanings of our visitor and family spaces at Graceland Cemetery and they are always amazing! The staff is efficient, professional, and respectful of our unique space. In addition, we had post construction clean-up after a year-long project and the team that took care of the restoration prior to a major grand-opening event got the building back to new (and even better!). One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Pay was never right, one member of staff left because they hadn't been paid at all, even my final pay wasn't right but I can't be bothered to sort it. The greedyness will backfire ..... They expect you to stick the dirty toilet rags from the site you do in your washing machine ...Management is greedy and unfair, I was cleaning a site that should have at least two or 3 staff in a night, by myself for 2 weeks, for minimum wage, and not even a thank you and no consideration by management for my safety, as I was keyholding as well. I kept getting told they can't get the right staff, only when I handed in my notice all of a sudden 2 new staff appeared. Just shows. They are reluctant to pay holiday pay. I wouldn't recommend at all. Total clown show.

Not very professional. Booked for an end of tenancy clean based on them being the recommended company for our building. Took 3 days separate attempts to actually finish the clean. Didn’t finish the clean (hallway, whole bathroom was left) on the day booked, had to message and ask to find out that they ran out of time. This was not communicated without me chasing it up. Agreed to come the following day which they did only to just clean some oven trays and still not finish the cleaning job. Tried to contact Ben with no answer and no communication again as to why the job wasn’t finished. We had to vacate the flat on both these days so they could clean which is inconvenient. Only heard back 2 days later once we had already moved out that they would come back. We were still charged for ceiling fixtures and bedside table not being cleaned. I understand personal circumstances mean you can’t work but fail to understand the poor communication and the constant need to chase things up. If you’re too busy to finish a job or do it properly, don’t take it.

Just seen one of your drivers behave atrociously. He was driving in the wrong side of the road in Gorgie in a blue Tesla. The oncoming driving rightly so beeped his horn at the car and the man in the Tesla proceeded to pull up meet to the car and hurl abuse at the driver for about 20-30 seconds. It was shocking behaviour and NOT a good representation of your company to say the least. If you’re gonna let people drive your vehicles then make sure they behave like grown ups.

This company went into my drawer, stole a personal check, forged my signature, and attempted to deposit/cash it for $8,000. I want to start off by saying the cleaning service itself was subpar. Floors and counters were still dirty. There was a fair amount of cleanup entailed but they only spent 2 hours on-site and we were charged $600. The initial price was $400 but they added $200 when they found out they had to o the bathrooms because apparently that wasn't part of the original estimate...I don't know of any home cleaning service that doesn't include the bathrooms in their scope of work from the jump. Anyway, fast forward a few months, I get an email from my bank saying that $8,000 had been withdrawn. It was after PNC's business hours so I waited until the morning and spoke to the fraud hotline and they were able to refund the money into my account. PNC will be conducting their own internal investigation of the matter. I would not use this service based on the job they did but I would be especially careful of leaving belongings out out leaving the premises while work is being done.
