Jim Ellis Hyundai never fails me! My service appointment with Jackson and Kason was awesome. They were kind, responsive, and provided excellent customer service. My oil change counter wasn't reset, but when I called back to get assistance with resetting it, the service staff was great with walking me through the steps; I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. Always a great experience at this location!

To Jim Ellis Hyundai on Peachtree Industrial: I am beyond frustrated. After my car was stolen a second time after you supposedly installed the anti theft software and I had to wait months for my appointment you continued to make me wait by telling me parts weren’t coming in and not answering my calls or texts and not giving me updates. Meanwhile I had to continue to rent a car and spend more money. Then when I get the list of everything my car needed to be repaired I did the minimum and was told it would be over 3000 dollars again. During this process you called me and told me that my car had water in the tank and you had no choice but to drain it and for this you added 522 dollars just in labor costs for that without even getting my approval. When the car is finally ready months later you tell me that my final bill is 4,686 dollars and that’s without even fixing the glass in the back window that was busted out. When I get the car finally the door handle that was replaced is grey and not black and the check engine light is on. My car beeps as if the key is in the ignition every time the door is open, the gas level indicator isn’t working and my car is making loud noises. I work extremely hard and am beyond frustrated. The fact that I couldn’t pay 800 dollars for you to fix the glass so you left glass all over my car and didn’t even have the courtesy to vacuum it up after spending almost 5000 dollars is just too much for me. The grey door handle is just too much, I work nonstop and can’t get ahead and can’t get even get good service. I am not okay right now. I’m tired and overwhelmed and will never get another Hyundai or deal with anything related to Jim Ellis ever again.
