Dr Pisk is great!!! The receptionist is lazy! This is the third time I had an argument with this lady over calling in my son's medicine. I ask for the Dr to call me back and he never does. Probably doesn’t get the request.. every time I ask for him to call me he is not in that day, and then she tries to fix the situation after she escalated it to an argument already. Very unprofessional.

Dr Freeman and his NP, Tina are awesome. However, the front office staff leaves much to be desired. You definitely don't feel like you're in a pediatric space. Additionally, to ask parents to wait 5-7 business days for a response to concerns is unreasonable.

We recently moved out of state and we have been trying to get our medical records transferred and it’s been a nightmare. They use a third party to manage records but neither them nor the third party can get us the records. By Illinois law, medical records need to be available within 30 days and it’s been 43 days and counting. This is unacceptable and the office and the third party just point at each other for blame. I only give them two stars because McCann provides a good doctor experience. But the access to my legally required medical records has been a huge pain.
