I recently had a laser treatment with Nurse Ornella and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire treatment smooth and virtually painless. I truly felt like I was in the best hands. Thank you, Nurse Ornella, for such an amazing experience — I can’t wait to come back!

I had my V-Beam laser with nurse Ornella and it was great experience! Regardless people say it’s painful procedure, I felt it a little bit, but it was very tolerable. My face was red right after laser, but it lasted only a day. The following day I had just tiny bit redness and slight swelling around my eyes, that’s pretty much it. I see the difference even after first treatment, my face less red in particular spots. I will definitely proceed with V-Beam laser for few more times as recommended. Don’t be afraid, it’s not too bad at all!

Ornella is amazing! She took such great care of me throughout the entire laser hair removal process. She’s professional, gentle, and really makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. She explains everything clearly and checks in often to make sure you’re doing okay.
