Clean rooms, beautiful view, top notch service and beautiful ambiance— what more can you ask for. Highly recommend. So much so that my husband and I and a group of friends will be staying at the Hyde Park location in London for our 2024 summer trip. The luxurious accommodations and 5 star service we received in Miami was honestly the best service we ever had. As my hubby and I plan to travel more, the Mandarin is our first choice. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 days and were impressed by the service. Rooms: Luxurious. The sheets are soft and the bedding is so very comfortable. I didn't want to get up. They are generous with the pillows as well. Nearby activities: Downtown Miami (Brickell)

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The location is excellent because it is close to shopping and restaurants. Since it is in Brickell Key, you don't have to worry about parking or traffic once you cross the bridge. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view. We ordered room service in the morning, and all of the food was fresh and delicious.

The location and hotel are nice, but we had issues with valet and late checkout. The valet rudely insisted on taking our car and charging for overnight parking, despite us only needing to unload luggage. We had to repeatedly explain that we were returning the rental car after unloading the luggage. For late checkout, despite confirming with the front desk and re-registering our keys in the morning, multiple staff members kept trying to check us out hours early.
