Literally the worst laser hair removal place. 4 sessions in and no results at all. Giving one star is generous. The staff is rude and super sarcastic when I told them about my issues. Said I didn’t come in consistently enough and that “there were no notes from any of the staff” indicating I wasn’t seeing results. Then she said “sorry no one told you consistency is key” … well sorry -but that info doesn’t help me now. Some of the techs are sweet and do their best to work with you to help you get some kind of results but their lasers are just so weak even they look like they don’t have much faith in their services. Spend a little more at Laseraway and get results instead of wasting your money here. I’d rather be 4 sessions in with moderate hair reduction than as if I never had anything done. Don’t go to this place. Oh also, once you pay you’re locked in. Even if you have many sessions left and don’t want to proceed with hair removal after not seeing results, and ask them for either a refund for the remaining sessions or to switch it out for another service they basically just say “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” THE worst customer service on top of awful results. Trust your gut and trust the reviews. This place is awful.
