Honestly one of the best places in Houston to get laser hair removal treatment. I’ve gotten multiple areas treated with them with very positive results. Their package prices are reasonable, and their full body deal is really worth it. They also allow for touch ups for areas previously covered with them at a reasonable price, and I’ve taken advantage of that service multiple times! The staff are very well trained, friendly and professional. I’ve never had to deal with any pushy sales tactics (which is usually common in this kind of business). Instead, they sincerely worked with me to highlight what I was looking for and worked to get me the best package/deal. I’ve referred several of my friends to Renova and they all had very positive experiences as well. Definitely worth the 5/5 star rating!

Literally the worst laser hair removal place. 4 sessions in and no results at all. Giving one star is generous. The staff is rude and super sarcastic when I told them about my issues. Said I didn’t come in consistently enough and that “there were no notes from any of the staff” indicating I wasn’t seeing results. Then she said “sorry no one told you consistency is key” … well sorry -but that info doesn’t help me now. Some of the techs are sweet and do their best to work with you to help you get some kind of results but their lasers are just so weak even they look like they don’t have much faith in their services. Spend a little more at Laseraway and get results instead of wasting your money here. I’d rather be 4 sessions in with moderate hair reduction than as if I never had anything done. Don’t go to this place. Oh also, once you pay you’re locked in. Even if you have many sessions left and don’t want to proceed with hair removal after not seeing results, and ask them for either a refund for the remaining sessions or to switch it out for another service they basically just say “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” THE worst customer service on top of awful results. Trust your gut and trust the reviews. This place is awful.

The facility itself is very clean, and comfortable. Staff are very professional and friendly. Though I have 2 more sessions left out of my 6 sessions package, I am very satisfied with the results. In two sessions my laser technician was Abey. She is very professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. After each sessions with her I have experienced huge difference and less remaining spots. I'd like to thank Abey and other staff in this amazing professional facility. I highly recommend this professional hair removal facility!
