Horrible. My elderly mother tried to surprise me with flowers, but this so called “florist” absolutely ruined it by giving flowers which were not which she had ordered and something completely different and ugly. She was so so upset as she had been so excited to surprise me with my favourite flowers however the staff were so incredibly rude to her that she has been shaken up ever since. I am so disappointed I cannot even express in words. Tried to phone and ask for a solution, I was given extreme attitude and made to feel stupid for even asking. Please see attached picture of so called “candy tied bouquet” as per their website. I will never forget they made my wee mum cry

0 STARS!!!! I placed an order for a dozen rose bouquet over the phone for my wee mrs, and she was sent old wilted dead roses (picture attached) the next day, after paying 70 quid and 5.99 for next day delivery. Place should be closed down. Shocking. Phoned to complain, received no help and made to feel like it was my fault!

I ordered and paid £45 for a bouquet - and to my shock received MOULDY flowers. Phoned and tried to explain the situation, and i couldn’t believe the customer service. They were incredibly rude, denied the mould after i showed pictures and slammed the phone shut honestly its really effected my mood, how can they speak like that to their customers.
