This establishment deserves zero stars. We ordered expensive flowers that never blossomed. We called the manager who said we needed to have called her within 24 hours. In her response below, She says if we called earlier this week, she would have done something, that is a blatant lie. She said we had 24 hours. Your flowers didn’t bloom in 24, 48 or 72 hours. We waited. They never opened up, not one single rose. We told her we were waiting a few days for the roses to open. She was dismissive, rude and arrogant. She refused to even see the picture of the roses so we decided to show her here. She even refused to offer a replacement arrangement. If I just wanted my money back, I wouldn’t asked for a refund. I didn’t, a simple apology and replacement would have been suffice. As a business owner myself, I wouldn’t have this manager be the face of my store. Her customer service skills are atrocious. I have ordered here before but can assure will never again. You shouldn’t either.

Update: They sent me a new bouquet, already fresh! - These flowers were delivered to me this morning. they are clearly not fresh. While the courier gave me flowers, half of the petals fell to the floor. The photo shows that the flowers have been standing for a long time and are pouring petals. but this is only first day... Such flowers cannot be used in bouquets. Florists usually know this.

Avant-Gardens is amazing! They offer a wide selection of fresh, vibrant flowers and plants. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing personalized service. The shop is clean and inviting, and their delivery service is prompt. While not the cheapest, the quality and service are worth it. Highly recommend for all your floral needs!
