Coco Blue Spruce's customer reviews analysis

Coco Blue Spruce exhibits a mixed company reputation based on the latest customer reviews. While some customers praised the salon for its quality services, notably commendable were the meticulous full set and dip by Doris, the professional touch by Monica, and Autumn's thoughtful service that saved a client money, others have detailed disappointment and dissatisfaction towards their experiences. Recurring issues such as rough and uneven manicure applications, poor customer service including rudeness from the owner, and questionable hygiene practices like the reuse of fallen foil, have been highlighted. Moreover, concerns over being overcharged and lack of respect towards repeat customers have tainted the salon's reputation. The conflicting customer narratives suggest a disparity in service quality, potentially influenced by the specific nail technician assigned.

Positive Feedback

Many clients reported positive experiences at Coco Blue Spruce, praising certain aspects of the service received. Doris received accolades for her low profile and smooth dip manicure, with a result resembling gel rather than the typically thicker dip solutions. Monica was commended for offering an affordable and satisfactory mani-pedi service inclusive of mini massages. Customers also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, complimentary beverages, and a facility that accepted credit cards whilst maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Attention to customer satisfaction was also noted, as exhibited by Autumn who advised against unnecessary services, thereby saving a client money and earning trust through honesty and skill.

Concerns and Threads

Several negative aspects of Coco Blue Sprice have marred its overall customer experience. Instances of technical incompetence were reported, such as uneven, lumpy, or misshapen nails after service. A few technicians are described as displaying unprofessional behavior, seen in either snapping at customers or causing physical discomfort. Hygiene concerns were raised with reports of reuse of materials that should be hygienically disposed of. Additionally, grievances about customer service surfaced, with mentions of a rude owner, lack of value conveyed to the customers, particularly those who are regulars, and an altogether hostile environment. Fiscal discontent such as overcharging without adequate recourse to refunds also added to clients' frustration.

Becky/Bechy did my nails and cut my fingers. My dip is uneven, rough and my cuts still burn. I really didn’t want to pay $45 or tip for this service. She left for 5 minutes after starting my first nail to go work on someone else. I do not recommend going here.

My favorite dip manicure I have ever had in my life and I’ve had tons. Doris did my dip soak off and manicure - she made it so low profile and smooth and it looks super fabulous. If you’ve had dip before you know it can look super thick and almost like acrylic! This looks like gel!! But more sturdy for sure. Sonia did my wife’s mani/pedi and we left smiling and looking forward to the next appt! I requested a gel top coat (their normal is a polish clear top coat) and it’s shining beautifully. Staff were so incredibly kind and genuine. Complimentary water/soda/wine as well! Credit card accepted but cash tips only. Highly highly recommend.

Manipedi for 50bucks, worth it! Includes basic manipedi services, no extra frills but mini massages and lotioning, even a short neck massage when dropping me off to the drying station. Monica was professional and a good nail tech. Left very happy with my nails.
