I have been a customer at Juko for over 7 years..my nail tech always did a great job. Yesterday I went to salon and I supposed to have chrome finish on my nails. I was running 15 min late coming from suburbs, they agreed to take me. My advantage was that I didn’t have to remove any no chip nail polish, so I saved the time on that (probably good 15-20 min). My nail tech did my nails as always and at the end didn’t put chrome.. I asked why and she explained “the front desk girl told her not to do it because of the lack of time”.. here I am thinking, I actually booked longer appointment and I am not getting services I ve booked.. also if you know you are not gonna do chrome why don’t you communicate that with me up front so I choose another nail polish. instead the nail tech told me at the end that she didn’t have time to do that. Very unprofessional and poor communication skills..unfortunately I will not be going back there..

Very happy with this nail salon! I called and was able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the owner. Ana V was my nail tech and she gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend

I got a fine pedicure and everyone was perfectly nice. My biggest issue is that there isn't a single comfortable seat in the place - it's basically just hard wooden seats with a pillow or two for pedicure and backless wooden benches for waiting/drying (with no drying machines). I don't think it's worth $45 to sit in discomfort for 45+ minutes for a very standard pedicure.
