If I could give this salon less than one star, I would. I used to get regular powder dips several years ago and they were awesome and recently returned to the salon. I live in Indiana so am only in the city every other week for work and don't have a lot of free time. 1st dip I got was not bad. Lasted. 2nd dip I got was with another technician which was by far the worst dip I have ever received. She did not file the nails down and they were bumpy and chunky. I sat there for 90 minuites and did not have time to have them fixed. I came back a week later and Tom redid them at no charge. Manicure was fine but nails were not consistently shaped. 3rd time I visited I got a pedicure. The technician insisted they were dry and I did not need to wrap my feet in plastic which I would have been happy to do. Toes were ruined. They fixed my toes next time I was in town free of charge. The last time I went for a powder drip my nails chipped after just a 7 days- snagging on fabrics. MInd you this is an $80 manicure not including tip! And when I went to have them repaired there was a $10 charge. I have gave this salon so many chances but I will never be going back.
