Champagne prices for shandy quality! My booking was at 11am the day prior to attending a wedding, the salon opened at 10am so I arrived 10 mins early- only to be told there was a staff meeting and I had to sit outside or go away and come back (no sign was up to say this). I modified my booking weeks ahead of my appointment- because the employee never amended my booking. I was told I wasn't getting what I actually wanted because of the time allocation I was given by Nora my nail technician...prior to my appointment one of my nails broke but there was no attempt to find a happy medium with the length of nail...there was an atmosphere of my nail technician not being able to speak freely in-front if certain coworkers (managers possibly). Finally with my lash lift the employee was lovely but very opinionated about her views and was very vocal on them with regards to my personal life- to clarify I am happy in my personal life and wasn't seeking advice. I felt so uncomfortable with my experience I couldn't get out of there quick enough- definitely not worth the £135 for wonky shaped nails and someone criticizing my personal life. Services: Pedicure, Eyelash extensions, Manicure

Terrie did my nails for my birthday and I could not be more delighted. I had an idea in mind and she elevated them. Lovely atmosphere and people as per usual 🤩 Services: Nail designs, Gel manicures

Noor was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and lovely to chat to. I don’t usually have short nails so I was worried about how they’d turn out, but I really love my nails. They look fresh and elegant.
