I’m at SJC. There are 13 people in line at the Fox rental car line. Each takes about 10 minutes to check in. There are near zero at all the other rental lines combined. I’ve rented from Fox consistently over the last two years. This is my last time until you get phone based check in.

Our experience with this Fox Rental was good! Everything you could want! A car rental on site at the airport and streamlined by all of the employees from counter to the garage. The car we wanted was being washed and prepared. We were delayed but offered a better vehicle at no cost if we wanted it! Being that we were not in a hurry and our heart set on that particular vehicle we waited! I was impressed that while we waited in a nearby lobby the representative that served us came to us to tell us our car was ready. Again I was impressed by this service to detail! The car was clean and ready! When we returned the car, again jt was super quick and easy!! The representative in the garage even made sure I went the right way to get to the exit towards the terminal. GREAT JOB TEAM!!

I recently had the misfortune of renting a car from Fox. One of the worst experiences I've had with a rental service. The car was outdated, with noticeable wear and tear. The exterior was scratched and dented, and the interior had an unpleasant smell that made the entire drive uncomfortable. The car’s performance was another major issue. It felt sluggish, and the brakes were alarmingly unresponsive. Every time I accelerated, the engine made a strange rattling noise, making me question the vehicle's safety. The gas mileage was also poor, far worse than advertised. Customer service was equally disappointing. They charged me for insurance and road side assistance when I did not approve and would not take the charges off - even after 1 day of having the rental. When I called to report the issues, the representative was dismissive and offered no assistance. They refused to exchange the car or provide a refund, leaving me stuck with a vehicle that was clearly not roadworthy.
