The car was great but the company was horrible. I thought I caught a deal but it turned out to be a bait and switch. I would have been better off renting from a major provider. Car pick up was over two and a half hours and the price was over double what I thought I was booking it for. The staff was extremely rude and there was only one person at the counter to handle the check out. Never again! Lesson learned!

Worst experience of my life when it comes to renting a car. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They were drinking on the job. There was a language barrier. Was charge over $500 more than what I paid on Expedia where I booked it through. The guy I was talking to kept trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He was very rude. Or drunk idk.

Marino was an excellent agent avoiding me additional fees advising me and supporting to get the tolls pass and upgrading me with a more spacious vehicle to drive comfortably and safely in beautiful sunshine state of Florida with my beloved family.
