Terrible customer service, entitled agents, they act as if they are doing a favor to customers. I tried to purchase 4 tickets from DR to Barcelona with a tax exemption I have and the agent kept giving me a crazy quote -way higher than the one I had on line-. She just said that if I wanted that rate,
I should buy it over the app. I left and got my 4 tickets with taxes but still 25% cheaper than the price she provided. She just didn’t want to do their job with my tax exemption. Awful service and there is no one else who is in charge or willing to help.

Horrible , bad service, no well educated staff and lack of experience. Better to call air europa from Europe or try to fix any problems online ... I don't recommend this place.

Great service and food, no matter if you have an local flight ✈️ or intercontinental the departures and arrival are on time. But the customer services in the airports should have and give more information.
