This review is for Clearcover car insurance. The people that handled my claim were Chris, Jessica and Michelle. This was absolutely the best experience dealing with a claim with Clearcover. I had never been in an accident before but on April 23, 2024, which was last week, I was in a very bad car-deer collision and didn’t even know where to begin. After I left the hospital, I went on the app and filed my claim. Not even two hours after I filed the claim on the app Chris with clearcover was In touch with me by phone. At 7:45 the next morning, Jessica called me and asked how I was doing. She then walked me through the process of getting my medical bills paid. Michelle has been helpful with the total loss department and immediately emailed me the documents I needed when I requested them. I have spoke to Chris almost every day since then, and he has helped me gather what I needed and guided me the whole way. They are even helping me with my gap insurance and seeing my claim all the way to the end without abandoning me. They issued the check for my damages today and it’s only been a week since the accident. I don’t understand people and their negative reviews and by reading them it looks like they are making those negative reviews due to their own fault. Not clearcover’s fault. This has been remarkable for me and my family to have Clearcover and I have zero regrets with using them moving forward. Thank you to all that helped me and you guys made this so easy to handle. I can’t thank you enough.

I thought this was a good company until I had to file a claim. I ran over a piece of truck tire on the interstate. It was dark and it couldn't be avoided . I didn't even see it until it was too late. It damaged my car significantly. The whole panel was ripped off and everything was exposed. A lot of damage was done but the car was still drivable. The radiator had a leak that turned into a hole so I had that repaired and hadn't filed yet. It cost me more than 900.00 to fix just the radiator. My mechanic suggested that I file a claim with my insurance company so I did. They told me to have my mechanic put it on the lift and take pics etc. I did what they told me to do. Clearcover estimated the damage at 677.00 . What a joke. The place I took my car to be fixed told me there was way more damage. Anyway to shorten my story, they fixed my car but parts were delayed and it was also the 4th of July weekend so by the time all was said and done over 2000. Trying to talk to clearcover employees is very frustrating because they don't call you back. They don' t answer messages. It's very unprofessional. Now that the car is fixed and they did pay for it except for my 500.00 deductible they tell me that they won't be renewing my policy because I don't have a good driving record. Are you kidding me? I even called them and the guy plain out told me that was the reason. They want your money every month but don't want to pay out.

This has been the best insurance claim experience I have ever had in my 55 years of driving. I haven’t had many claims, but usually the experience is not a memorable one. This one is: Since the first call, Casey Nicholl has been professional, understanding, and has made me feel that she really cares. Clearcover is blessed to have her representing them, and I will recommend my friends and family to Clearcover, only because this lady has done a great job for my wife and I. Ernest & Mary Martinez
