But, I ended up hiring the T&S team and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They have almost 20 years of dedicated service to South Florida, and now I can see why they continue to be so highly ranked in all the reviews. From what I observed, every member of their team took pride in their work. They were all professional and I felt comfortable having them around the house. Despite my initial worries about debris and nails, T&S Roofing handled my concern with careful planning, organization and cleanup. Not once did I encounter any issues, thanks to their diligence. Jorge, my main point of contact, deserves special praise for his incredible follow-up and communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that all needs were met and any concerns were addressed quickly. He was genuine and responsive and it made all the difference. I was suprised that the actual project was completed faster than expected, but I was even more impressed with the transparency of their pricing. I had discovered some water ingress after the recent storms, contacted trusted roofing quite late and John was out first thing the next day, after he assessed my roof and discovered that my old lead valleys had split in sections and needed to be replaced, he gave a fair quote and was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on, he had the job done a few days later these guys were very professional, skilled and polite. Colony Roofers came to repair my roof on Thursday 3/21. The work was completed that day and on Friday 3/22 after a day of rain, the original problems returned. Water continued to leak into my house and the newly replaced soffit failed. The workmanship on the soffit repair is particularly awful. You can see where clear Liquid Nails (or something similar) was used and painted over. You can also see in the attached photo where my finger is stuck into wet caulk (still not dry 4 days post repair) that was also painted over. Colony Roofers is sending someone to my house this Friday since I am "under warranty" and they are going to address these issues a second time. Everyone at Colony Roofers is helpful and polite. The technicians were polite and clearly over worked. My initial appointment was pushed back several hours and the technicians did not leave my house until around 8PM. I cannot imagine how hard it is to have to bounce from house to house especially if you are overbooked and running behind. I wrote this review to help others be aware that despite the good reviews and the professionalism of the office staff, I believe Colony might be overstretched and that impacts the quality of their work. Knowing what I know now, I would have selected another company for my roof repair to ensure a quality repair was done correctly the first time rather than a rushed repair that lacks the craftsmanship I expected with a 4.9 star rating on Google.
I got my roof and gutters replaced recently with New View Roofing and the overall experience was excellent and beyond my expectations. Joey is very professional and was excellent in communicating through the completion of the project. He and his team along with the crew were professional and ensured that the work got done as per schedule and thoroughly. I was given choices for the shingles color and gutter color and there were no pressure tactics. Do not think twice and just go with Newview Roofing if you need to replace your roof, gutters or fence.

We are very pleased with City roofing. Our roof was a difficult project but they did it right! At of 3 estimates, they were a little more expensive than the others but they were the only one who saw some issues with our existing roof and pointed it out.
