Lyons Roofing - WOW. From dealing with Jim Mattingly (proj supv), Eddie Cortez (project mgr) and the crew that worked on my roof were great! I was very pleased with the entire experience. The crew took great care with my property, making sure everything was done with the utmost care, including the cleanup. Eddie made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Living in a 55+ community, my neighbors were all impressed with the fact the project was completed in 1 day. I made sure that everyone knew who to call....thank you!

My 1st red flag was there is no phone # listed for this company. You leave info online for someone to call you. Save all contacts/phone # because communication within this company is very poor. Jeremy came to do an estimate. Less than 1 week later I called him back and he no longer worked there. I had to wait several more weeks before someone else came out to do another estimate and write a contract. I paid my down payment and was then told there was a 3-4 month wait. Most "communication" is done by email. I met Eddie, my PM 5 days before my roof start. We discussed NO PAINTING OF THE WIND TURBINES, WHICH WAS ALSO WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT. 2 days later I had to sign a new contract because in the 3-4 month wait they weren't able to provide the roofing tiles in my contract and switched me to a different brand, which I was not happy about. After waiting 3-1/2 months I needed my roof done; I didn't want any more delays. 3 days later my roof starts and a different PM shows up. Again went over the NO PAINTING THE WIND TURBINES. When the roof was done THEY PAINTED THE TURBINES! From day 1 told everyone that my son had referred me (he had his roof done with Eddie a few months earlier and was very satisfied). He had gotten a cash discount and when I questioned why I couldn't also get one, well, we were getting the runaround. When the roof was done I filled out the $100 referral card and gave it to the PM. It's been 4 months since I paid my bill, with cash, and I've been fighting with Katherine, the marketing manager (and the same person who comments on these reviews) ever since to honor that $100 referral fee. She never answers the phone, you have to leave a voice mail, and all I have gotten from her is apologies and excuses this hasn't been taken care of, she'll take care of it, and she refuses to do anything, even return my calls. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION IN THIS COMPANY. As a customer we all deserve better than this company provides. From my own personal experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Highly recommend Lyons, they did a great job with our foam/flat roof replacement. Rick's customer services skills are amazing, he is an asset to the company and someone everyone in Phx who needs roof work done should ask to support their project. Thank you Rick & the Lyon's team. You guys are the best!
