Fantastic service. Our flights got cancelled when Heathrow closed (power outage and fire in March), and we were meant to fly out to Thailand. WorldAirFares did everything within their power to rearrange our flights, contacting the airline and changing our dates and getting us on the next available flight. Of course, this is essentially what they’re ’supposed to do’ but the service was fantastic, they were very informative, lots of help and emails and despite what happened put us at ease. Thank you!

I got stuck on the online website due to some technical errors and called customer service at 10:00 PM. Fortunately, I connected with Ben, who provided excellent service and quickly booked my ticket over the phone. I was planning a vacation from the UK to India and initially came across the World Airfares website. While browsing, I was a bit confused about the luggage allowance. Shortly after, I received a call from Shawn from World Airfares, and I must say, his assistance was exceptional. Shawn clarified all my doubts regarding luggage and even went above and beyond by arranging a free upgrade from 30kg to 40kg with Etihad Airlines. He also double-checked the passenger names to ensure everything was accurate, which gave me peace of mind. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had recently.
