Extremely disappointed and frankly annoyed at the service we received here today. Having used Trailfinders for our trip to California last year, which was excellent, we were very excited to come in and plan our trip to Australia for next January. All we really wanted today was some advice and guidance on planning our route as we knew we were too early for flight prices. Considering the fantastic service we received previously, we were confident that Trailfinders would be able to help us out again. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We completely understand that not having the flights available can make things slightly more difficult, but as soon as we mentioned the dates to our agent, we felt that they instantly checked out and were not interested in helping us. We knew roughly the places we wanted to go to but having never been to Australia before we really needed some professional advice on figuring out the smaller details. From the moment we sat down, we were made to feel very unwelcome, uncomfortable and almost an inconvenience. When we came in last year, we were also too early for the flights, but the agent we spoke with then was really helpful in planning our route, giving us advice and even offered to call us when the flights became available - which is all we really wanted this time. However, we felt that the agent we saw today was very dismissive and even negative towards us, which is the last thing I was expecting when we would be potentially spending thousands of pounds with yourselves. All in all we were sat at their desk for about 10 minutes before they ended the conversation by referring us to the brochure which we had already looked at before coming into the store. We left the store today feeling deflated and not full of the excitement you would expect to feel after discussing a trip of a lifetime. We will not be using you for this trip or any other trip in future.

Huw Williams was excellent. We told him what we wanted and he made recommendations and sorted out a very good package for us and gave us tips on saving money. 3 hours after leaving he phoned me to say he had got us seats together on all flights at no extra cost. Would highly recommend. Thanks Huw

Great service, even better holiday! We booked our honeymoon to Thailand with James Firth at the Deansgate, Manchester branch, and from the first visit in branch all the way up to a check in call once we landed back from our holiday, we were looked after by James. His recommendations of hotel, activities and the time he spent with us in branch, were a superb reflection on James and his professionalism. We will be using Trailfinders again!
