Up until today I’ve had a good relationship with this service. The taxi drivers are friendly and helpful however I was left waiting for an hour during which i repeatedly rang up and was assured someone was on their way whilst waiting with my toddler and it was getting very late. When I rang up the last time the lady said actually sorry they’ve not got anyone in the area so they totally wasted my time. I wouldn’t use them again unless I was willing to wait a very long time.

It’s smooth running. Call centre is excellent and drivers know their way about the city. Drivers are very friendly and very careful drivers. I feel comfortable with them at the driving seat.
