If I could leave zero stars, i would. This was the worst experience i have ever had. The first red flag was them trying to push the pickup date of our stuff. Then they were supposed to deliver it on 4/8 when we arrived at our new home. Last minute they pushed it to 4/12. They then pushed it again to 4/20. Then 4/22. We had no furniture for weeks. When they finally arrived we noticed that they had forgotten quite a few of our items. They promised they took note of that and someone would be in touch to ship them to us. No one ever was. They’ve ignored most of our calls to get our stuff (including three years worth of my perfume collection.) when we finally got a hold of them they basically said “too bad. File with the insurance” so i will never get them back which is devastating. When they unloaded our items they refused to leave until we signed a form stating that all our stuff was here and undamaged. I kept saying i was uncomfortable signing that until we went through our stuff but were forced to sign. While unpacking our items, we noticed multiple of the boxes (even ones marked fragile) were crushed. Almost all of our stuff was soaking wet and ruined. They promised our items were in a temperature controlled unit but our candles were melted so that was a lie. Our tv screen was shattered. They have been extremely unhelpful and all we can do is file with the insurance which will take months. I’m more devastated about losing my perfume collection but tragically they won’t help. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
