Ali, the person who helped me out in this particular store, was very patient and friendly towards me as a foreign customer. My current shoes were wearing off and needed to get a new pair immediately. However do to different in sizes and no sizes for those shoes that I like, he has helped me with great passion showing me around and getting me the perfect pair of shoes that fit exactly 💯. We were in Manchester Market Street store and was served by Aaban. Very kind, polite and helpful. And eventhough the store was very busy, noone had to wait for help as all the staff were super attentive. A really positive experience.

Crazy rules and completely unreasonable staff. I saw a brand new colour of Uggs ive not seen before ever, I asked about a size (they didnt have the size I wanted as it turned out anyway), when a manager came over, who then rudely and abruptly told me I wasn't "allowed" to buy them, as I'd purchased a pair of uggs in this store before. BEFORE CHRISTMAS, IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR! The man then told me "its 1 ugg from this store for life". Well i've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. Is this how all customers are treated? I last stepped foot in that store on the 15th of December, so this really took me back. This is not the sort of shopping experience I expect from anywhere, extremely disappointing.
